Although my granddaughter is 10 she asked me to buy this to add to her pretend coffee shop which she enjoys running as if it is a catering outlet. She absolutely loved this much to my amazement as I felt it would be too young for her. She enjoys a day of escapism when this all comes out and with all the other Melissa and Doug sets our home feels like a food outlet rather than a kids play area.

Lovely quality toys. Comes with a mix of wooden and felt food items, plus a few plastic cans/bottles/packets. Lots of roe play opportunities with the fillable and foldable tortilla wrap as well as the hard taco shell. The knife and pan are a nice touch too for the prep side of the role play. Over all lovely item!

Huge M and D fans! 3 year year old loves these set, even her 9 year old sister joins in for a cooking show fun! Or we pretend to be the customers and off the 3 year old goes to cook! Recommend for role play! Fun way for everyone to interact.

This is a great set! So well thought out and put together! Very durable and realistic! My budding chef ab loves it and the attention to detail is amazing! We have a lot of M&D toys and this is the absolute best one ever!!!!!

Voici un ensemble très original pour petit cuistot, une très bonne idée pour surprendre et faire plaisir ! L enfant peut confectionner tacos, burritos et fajitas...il choisit la recette sur le menu, choisit ses ingrédients, coupe, fait cuire à la poêle et livre comme un grand chef son repas !Les aliments sont en bois ou en feutrine, il y a une grande poêle, un couteau, une cuillère, un pot en carton contient le riz (en feutrine, une petite conserve d haricots rouge (feutrine) un pot de crème en carton (crème en feutrine), un sachet de fromage (fromage râpé en feutrine), une bouteille de sauce piquante en bois et une bouteille de sauce salsa qui coule (très realiste mais fictif ouff).Cet ensemble convient à partir de 3 ans, l enfant développe son langage, le jeu de rôle, sa créativité et sa dextérité.La marque Mélissa et Doug est un gage de solidité, les objets sont bien réalisés, je ne suis jamais déçue...il est dommage qu en France nous ne trouvions pas la collection complète de cette marque.J ai complété avec le set salade, le set pâte m, le set pizza et le set sandwich, les enfants adorent !!Je recommande ce jeu, je le racheterai sans problème 😉
