Not quite sure what Amazon expect me to write as they have given stars for warmth and thickness... "Add a written review You could mention "easy to use", "thickness" and "warmth" Anyway, really easy to use this device in my smartphone, I can check trail camera footage without having to put the SD card into the laptop, also I can quickly transfer dash camera footage onto the smartphone while I am out instead of coming home to put it on the laptop. Fits in my Xiaomi Mi 10 T lite with a protective cover, and I've used several brands of SD cards and micro SD cards, all good. Dropped it a couple of times and it's been fine.

Nice and compact does the job. Also easy to open do as not to damage packaging so often nowadays you have to hack at packaging to get to item but in this case easy to open

Plugged in to my micro PC usb slot and was recognised immediately. I tried it with various different brands of standard SD cards and a couple of micro cards, all recognised and read from without any issue. Very happy with the reader and next day delivery through Amazon Prime.

The USB-3 and C-Type connectors allow you to transfer data between PC, Phone or Tablet. Writing large files is extremely quick in comparison to USB-2. Very useful for reading SD cards from Video cameras which may contain a lot of large-sized files. I used it to update my car, SD Card based, GPS navigation maps. Wrote an 11Gb file to the SD card in a fraction of the time it used to take. Having a micro-SD slot means you do not need micro-SD to SD adaptors. It is a neat, good value, device.

Looks nice, well made. Intuitive? No. Headache inducing just trying to get it to work with the Huawei Mate 20 Pro. I'm still not sure how I did it but in the it worked. Trying to transfer olympus jpegs and .mov files so I can then convert them to mp4. Connecting to the latest amazon fire hd10 nothing I did, including downloading 3 different file apps worked. Pass the paracetamol please, oh sold out.

things have moved on since the flakey OTG cables and cobbling a USB to SD adapter up to it. This does it all in one go and does it well. it looks and feels better than I was expecting too. a Good Buy

Lettore USB 3.0 e USB Type C di schede SD e micro SD, molto buono, compatto, buoni materiali, ottima connessione nelle prese di PC e smartphone, ottima la velocità di lettura e scrittura, led di segnalazione connessione. Provato su PC e smartphone per trasferire file, foto, video, funziona benissimo e senza problemi, quando con altri qualche intoppo c'è stato. AGGIORNAMENTO dopo quasi un anno di utilizzo: Devo dire che sono pienamente soddisfatto, provato su PC con Windows 7 e 10, smartphone vari: Samsung Note 3, Samsung A40, Samsung S20 e Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, su tutti immediatamente riconosciuto, compatibilità perfetta, stabilità e velocità elevate. Fatto test di velocità con scheda micro SD inserita direttamente in lettore schede micro SD di un mini PC e poi con lettore di schede GiBot inserito su porta USB 3, c’è ovviamente una bella differenza, utilizzato con HUB USB 3 di altra marca collegato su porta USB Type C mini PC e su porta USB 3 di PC, valori ottenuti praticamente identici, piena compatibilità con i vari dispositivi: - scheda micro SD con lettore schede mini PC: read 31,60 MB/s – write 29,93 MB/s; - scheda micro SD con lettore schede HUB USB altra marca collegato USB C mini pc e con GIBOT su USB 3: read 91.43 MB/s – write 47,81 MB/s; - scheda micro SD con GIBOT su porta USB3 mini PC: read 91,09 MB/s – write 41,46 MB/s; - scheda micro SD con GIBOT su porta USB3 PC: read 91,86 GB/s – write 47.40 MB/s. Concludendo questo lettore USB 3,0/Type C di schede SD/micro SD è un ottimo prodotto nonostante il prezzo basso, affidabile, veloce e compatibile con molti dispositivi: ottimo acquisto.
