Perfect size for me.
It's a nice wide belt that secures my stomach perfectly when i'm lifting something heavy.I took one star off for the unfortunately thin strap that you have to fee through the belt loop. Valeo used to make that strap nice and thick to where it was much easier to feed through the loop.Now it squirms all over the place while you try to grab it.

Belt is thin not much support
The belt is very thin and does not provide much support if you plan on doing heavy lifting this belt is not for you. For general lifting it does provide some support
