I impulse bought these. I love ramen because it's amazing and well...I'm a lazy cook. It something can be made quickly and taste good, I'm all in!!The noodles are super thin and made like a really long egg noodle without the waves. You get a few packets of stuff with the noodles. I have no idea what each one of them are but it's unimportant as far as I'm concerned. They taste amazing when added to the soup.One of the packets must be a soup starter or a soup base. It gives a depth of flavor that the soup would otherwise lack. It's a thin looking liquid that looks like chicken stock. Another is something like cayenne. It's sole purpose to give the soup a nice little kick in the seat of the pants and I'm so glad they did that!How I make my soup.One packet of noodles dunked into boiling hot water in a saucepan on the stove. Add all the packets EXCEPT THE CAYENNE! I think it dulls the flavor to add it now. I add some partially steamed veggies and add a lid. (Partially steamed means I took some frozen veggies in a sack, threw them in the microwave, let them get roughly 60 percent done and then added them to the pot.) I let them all get happy together for a few minutes. I test the noodles for doneness and pour into a bowl. I add the "cayenne" and a liberal amount of chili oil and stir. Then I add a lime. I don't know why, I just do. I can do all of this in under 10 minutes and have a super sized bowl of something that is akin to ramen. You can also add tofu. I will only do that occasionally with rice noodles but I feel like the rice fills me up so I don't need or necessarily want the tofu.Anyway, get crazy and buy these. Give them an honest try and see what you think. I'm impressed and in love.

These are high sodium but tasty and delightfully spicy. Spice packet is a chicken bouillon type powdered broth with freeze dried green onion within and a chili powder; two packets fuzed together. There is an oil packet wirh garlic infused semi soft solid oil. Add boiling water, covw3e for a minute and a half or 2 and your lunch is ready. These were once only 19.98 a peice. Recently Ive seen them as high as 30$ for a box.People would say inflation... buuuut...Inflation isnt really happening though, companies are seeing record profits while they keep laying people off and overburdening the employees they keep. This is really just price gouging by big companies who spend their money more on bonuses for their board members and improving stock profiles for their investors. 😩

This is a marvelous product. To customize, I add veggies, chicken or shrimp, and some rice. I then have a wonderful meal in a bowl. The seller is great! I highly recommend.

I love these noodles and they are gluten free. Buying them this way is much, much cheaper than getting them individually at the Asian food stores. You can add whatever you want to them, don't only have to use the packets of spices that come for flavoring them. I like to add real miso, some meat, and veges for a quick snack.

I paid $22 for 30 packs. Definitely value for money. I grew up eating Mama noodles and have been a fan since I was about 6 years old. This is a change from their Tom Yum noodles. I think I prefer this. Flavourful and cooks easily. I might be wrong but this seems a little more filling than Mama Tom Yum. Also you can taste the spice but it’s not spicy enough to hurt. Will definitely buy again!

The flavor and value is totally acceptable. I always “jazz” the soups up with green onion, toasted sesame oil, extra hot Thai pepper flakes and a few frozen peas. All of that worked great. What has not worked are the noodles. They cook up in a weird ball that has no flavor. I am not impressed. Maybe I just got an odd box. I will order them again. If they cook up the same I will quit ordering them.

Simple to make spicy soup! Love it!
