Variety of colors.
I bought this for my daughter because she has became fascinated with making orgami and myself is not as familiar with orgami but I'm going to attempt to give a detailed review as best as possible. The paper seems to be of very good quality, and is the perfect size since the paper is designed for origami projects. The paper seems to me to be more thick than some of the other paper I have previously purchased for her and doesn't crease as well but once folded once or twice it becomes super soft. I would have to say these are perfect for children especially for the price. It came with a variety of colors too. So perfect price and quality for beginners at origami.

It's Great. Seriously. Great.
The packaging may vary a little from what's on the images. Mine came with a blue origami seahorse on the front. This is probably my favorite origami paper to date. First and foremost, it has color on both sides. I definitely think this is one of the better deals out there for 100+ sheets of this size with double sided color. The extra color does make it a little thicker than some of the smaller paper I've worked with, but the colors are beautiful. The larger size makes it easier to work with for beginners, as opposed to smaller paper you can get. Will definitely be buying again. And again. I can't recommend this enough.

Exactly what I was looking for
These aren't origami sheets to wow your friends and relatives with, and they don't need to be.These are origami workhorses - the inexpensive, colorful, medium weight sheets that you can use day after day to hone your craft and try out new designs. This pack is perfect for an origami fan who wants to stay in practice, or for a child who might waste as many as they use, trying to figure out the designs. The size seems to be about right for most designs; the sheets are a little large for simple designs, but perfect for cranes, dragons, tigers, and more.I do wish there had been slightly more variety in color; they provide two greens and two blues, but no black. All the colors have a sort of "crayon box" look - bright, easily identifiable, and high color saturation.

Many colors and sheets. Not very thick or stiff, which can be good or bad.
You get a lot of origami paper for the money. It's perfect for young kids who have no concept of conserving paper when doing origami or for beginners who might need to start anew after creasing incorrectly too often while working on an object. The quality of the paper isn't very stiff, but it's stiffer than budget printer paper. Maybe the stiffness is similar to higher-quality printer paper. While someone who has more experience doing origami would prefer thicker papers, starting out with thinner papers might be easier for beginners, especially for kids. This has color on both sides of the paper, so this is not for you if you want the more traditional look of white on one side.

Nice paper
I used this to teach a fourth grade class some origami. Beautiful colors and easy to use. The best part is that it is truly square which is extremely important for origami. The only thing that may be of concern to beginners is that it is colored on both sides. (Traditional origami paper is colored on one side and white on the other). So it may be a little confusing when following diagrams since your can't tell the "right side" from the "wrong side." It didn't matter for the fourth graders because we made a star that used two different colored papers at once, back-to-back.

Great for grade schoolers
1. Both sides are solid colors, no visible pulp flaws or uneven colors. The paper is kinda thick, definitely not delicate.2. Fairly cheap for square origami paper, which is is perfect for my grade schooler to learn how to fold new shapes without using expensive origami paper nor just plain white copy paper.3. So far, everything he has folded has turned out well. There is enough resilience in the paper that the frog can "jump". The balloon blows up easily. Objects hold their shape fairly well, but the creases are not super flat since the paper is a little thick.

Quality Origami Paper
Great paper. Most of it was a true square, which is so important for proper origami folding. Some sheets weren't, though. Also like that it was colored on both sides. Some origami paper is white on the back, which makes proper folds and creases more important. Colored on both sides is a little more forgiving. I've bought this paper twice and would buy it again if needed.

Good for the Right Use
This set of paper is ideal for kids who are trying out origami and are likely to burn through paper at high speed. It's great for practicing folds that you will later do with higher quality paper. It's good for some origami designs that don't require the color contrast of differing front and back sides. This paper is slightly thicker than higher-end origami paper and is therefore not ideal for intricate, detailed folds. And, per above, it's not ideal when you are making something that looks much better with a color contrast.BOTTOM LINE: buy this for your kids to go nuts with. Buy this for practice and have fun.
