This is for sure my favorite product out of the FlowSupp family. I had to give it a 4 star because when I received it the powder was one big clump. Never had that when ordered direct from the company. I would rather buy directly but when it not availible there I am grateful that I have a safety net to fall back on. Love the flavor and it isn't too sweet. Refreshing. Best part is I don't get jittery when I use it. Energy but no shaking or racing heart rate.

OK. So I haven't had anything to compare this to and am going off what Flow tells me, which is that this is made from the highest quality ingredients. I like that. I drank it before every workout so far except 1 and I freaked out about whether I'd get a strong workout in without it. I am sensitive to caffeine and coffee can make me feel terrible. This give me no jitters or anything. I'm going to keep using this stuff! Oh - and it tastes really good! I got the blackberry lemonade.

The flavor is spot on and tastey! It isn’t to sweet and it’s isn’t a chalky texture by any means. I feel energized with out feeling jacked up. I’ve recommended all the flow products to my friends and family. I sport the clothes too, one because they are comfy and two because I like getting the word out about Flow.

I didn't really notice any difference between the days I used this and the days that I didn't, so it doesn't really seem to work well as a pre-workout supplement. I did get a weird tingly sensation for awhile after drinking it, but that was it. Could be just me though, I guess. Also, the taste isn't that great.

I’m on my 2nd order and I love it! The pre-workout tasted great and it gives me focus and the boost I need to workout at 4:30 in the morning. I can’t wait to try other products from FLOW.

We love this product. It tastes great and works wonderfully. However, I will be buying direct from Flow next time. I bought off their website the first time and had no issues. Bought it off Amazon and the product cane seized up. Not powdery, but hard.
