These work well. Stay soft enough and keep cold long enough to help with sore muscles.

These are even better than I anticipated. Very easy to fold around a limb or back of your neck. I especially like the fabric-like material on the outside, but the size and shape are also big pluses. These feel high quality, are fast to re-freeze and re-use, and have been very helpful. I definitely recommend these to those in need of pain relief or something practical on hand for injuries.

These don't hold the cold for long but can be used on bare skin and were a relief after my mastectomy. I bought two sets and rotated them.

Bought these for my breast reduction and they were amazing. I have other ice packs but these were my go to. They are more comfortable and aren’t stiff or have sharp edges. They stay cold quite a while. The shape was perfect for my surgery, but I’ve also used these on my knee as well and they work great. Very happy with the quality.

These arrived the same day I ordered them. After freezing overnight, I found them perfect for icing a sore knee. They are somewhat flexible and the cover is soft and comfortable. They stay cold a long time, and more than cover a 15 minute icing session. I definitely would recommend these.

I suffer from chronic migraines and pretty much constantly have one and go through multiple ice packs daily. I am constantly replacing them because of strong use and I came across these and decided to give them a try. The design intrigued me and the majority of reviews seem positive and I liked that you got two (because these things can be expensive when you use as many as I do). As soon as I received them I put them in the freezer to get cold and was ready to start using them later that night. I was so disappointed when I pulled one out to try. Though it was good and cold and the material is smooth, it was STIFF AS A BOARD. There was no bending, molding, etc. when I tried to place it on my head and forehead, it just stuck out straight and was useless for the position I needed it to be in. I tried twisting and bending as best I could and I could hear the inside material cracking from being frozen but there was still no molding to the position I needed. Again, really disappointed and I will be thawing them out to return for a refund. They are not of any use to me. I will be going back to the product I have used before and has served me well for 20+ years.

Three weeks ago I had back surgery. It was very successful. Like many of us i tied to do too much, too soon and the piriformis muscle in the back objected to my, too much, too soon and one of my bend overs objected strongly. I was in a lot of pain. I tried frozen peas, but bag leaked and not I have a pea green towel. I had some other cold packs in the freezer but they were stiff as a board. I ordered these little pads. Between using these little things and intermitantly used my heating pad (and not bending again) I'm feeing much better. They are worth every penny. I'm orderig some more ust to keep on hand because you never know......

These gel pacs are the perfect size to fit over your knee, and when used with an Ace bandage for compression, feels wonderful.
