Titanium Labret Style Push Pin Threadless Nose Stud Ring, 316L Surgical Steel Insert 18G

I loved it at first - the metal is a higher quality with no irritation. However, within 10 days of wearing I noticed the push-pin head had fallen out and was missing. The backing was still in my cartilage (and still is a week later - I need to get something else so the hole doesn't close) but the head is gone. Clearly defective then, right? Pushpin types are supposed to stay in better than threaded! Nope. Supplier won't help, but they said they will SELL me another head. So apparently I need to buy a new one every two weeks? No thanks.If you switch out your earrings often, you may benefit from this product - it is easy to use. However, if you are like me and like to put in jewelry and forget about it, look elsewhere.

I love this jewelry, just the right size. The problem is that it doesn't firmly connect, and comes apart easily. I would keep it if it would firmly click like other labret jewelry, but it's not worth losing.

Smallest nose ring I have ever seen. It was so tiny I couldn't even use it as an ear ring. Would not recommend.

Very attractive but had trouble with keeping it in, notified the supplier and they said the post wasn’t bent enough, my wife bent it more than it was and hasn’t fallen out since. I’ve bought one from India and that one doesn’t need the post bent to stay in definitely not the same quality.

This nose ring fits perfect. I have a very small nose and most nose rings don’t fit properly. The only small negative is that it is a little tricky to put in. Not a big deal just takes a little practice.

Very well made, only thing I wish I was different was that it was gold not silver ! I have pale skin and gold would be best.
