Phiten Titanium Power Tape Discs

I ordered these after reading all the reviews and still being very skeptical. After an accident which left me with a grade 2 tear to my MCL and bone bruises all around my knee, I was in constant pain. I went back to the doctor after 5 weeks and was still in a lot of pain even though the MCL side had started to get better. Apparently, bone bruises (which are actually small interior fractures) are very painful and can take a very long time to heal (we are talking months). I figured I only had a small money investment to waste. My pain was very "point" driven and these seemed to be a good option. So, I put them on as soon as I got them expecting nothing. Well, I have to say I was shocked at how the pain lessened greatly within 15 minutes or so. They stayed on through showers and normal wear. I'm happy to say I am now "dot" free as my pain is not constant anymore and I can manage any flare up with a dot or two. I also bought the tape but did not experience the same relief. The dots have a black backing which goes on the skin while the tape does not. Again, I'm not sure of how this science works but it helped me! I bought another set as back up.

I bought these on a whim when I saw them on a clip strip. I am in my 70's and have osteoarthritis in both knees.I put these dots on one knee and could not believe the relief I felt, I immediately put them on the other knee, sameresult. They have been a lifesaver, I know longer have pain. I also recently got a flu shot that left my arm extremely sore, I put a dot on and suddenly the pain was gone. I could not recommend it more!!! I have 4 packages on hand at all times.They last me at least 4-5 days per knee.

I used these many years ago for a sprained ankle and it worked great (pain relief). Recently I injured my achilles. Besides the pain in my achilles, the sides of my foot started hurting because of me limping around. I put a phiten disc on the spot that was hurting. I didn't get any relief. I put a couple more on the sides where I felt pain then I got pain relief the next morning. My friend also tried it for his knee and also got relief. Don't know the science but it works.

Live with it. Had never pain on back of neck for 3 years. First two years, lube with the pain. Found this product in Japan and used it ever since. Only needed one patch for the pain and relieve within hours.The patch can stay on you for weeks without issue as well.Try not to put many as start. Might cause some dizzy spell, at least I have encounter that few times.

These are the best remedy for my back pain that I have come across. I have spinal stenosis and lumbar issues. I just place 4 of these around the area of pain in my lumbar region and the pain deminishes . They last about a week before I have to replace with new ones. Also, they will stay on in the shower as long as you are careful not to rub them.Worth every penny!

I have used the pHiten line of products for more than ten years. I find them helpful in relieving pain. Do they take pain away 100%? No. But I find they do help with arthritis.Two of the products ordered are available as subscribe & save items. The newest addition to the product line, large patches, are not.These were sent to a family member as a gift.

I am a repeat purchaser of this item. I have personally had amazing results using these. Last week I overexerted my back muscles while pressure washing, so I put some of these on. The pain went away very subtly. A couple days later, I took the discs off. Within 30 minutes, the pain returned. I put the discs back on and the pain was gone again within an hour.I am sold and I keep these on hand both at home and when traveling.
