The knife itself looks elegant, the black ceramic knife serrated blade looks great and it cuts like a dream. The handle fits perfect in my hand and it has a nice weight to it so it helps with the cutting effort. It works wonderfully with bread, fruit, vegetables, meat and even cardboard, yes it cut through a double wall cardboard box with no issues! I know this will quickly become the favorite knife in my house and possibly the ONLY one we use. I am very happy with this fine piece of cutlery and it looks like the blade will last forever as it has the protective sleeve. Best serrated knife I own and will be recommending it to my friends and family.

This knife performs exceptionally well, effortlessly slicing through thick-crusted pretzel challah without crushing, even when cutting soft sourdough. The Grip offers a secure experience that feels awesome; both the case and sheath serve as delightful features that elevate its premium quality. I appreciate its durability and find the price to be reasonable.

Thought a never sharpen knife would be cool. I used it for vegetable prep a few times. The 4" blade just wasn't my personal favorite. It was "ok" but I like my knives freakishly sharp, which this will never be because it's ceramic and not meant for that purpose. Perfect for a charcuterie board or other presentations because of the blade color... and its sharp enough, just not to my liking. Not the fault of the product, it was just a poor choice on my part.

This knife is da bomb!! Great value, feels right in your hand while cutting, robust and a much welcomed addition to our knife family in the kitchen!

I love this knife. I've been very careful with it as dropping them can break them. I did actually knock it off counter but it was fine, thank goodness. I use it a lot, and boning, it did lose some sharpness, so I used my diamond hones and it's back to super sharp. The handle is great and it seems to clean up easy, much easier than some of the top German knives. Even though small does some big work you'd want a chefs knife for.

Best knife in my entire block. Will be buying more. EDIT: I bought this in November 2023 and we're now at the end of February 2024, it needs sharpening. I use it daily, mostly cutting fruit and veggies so I'm a bit disappointed that it's already dull when they advertise that it will never need sharpening. March 3rd... Well that's unfortunate. Was cutting boiled eggs to make egg salad. It lasted a bit over 3 months. Needless to say, won't buy again.

With the Covid-19 pandemic closing down restaurants and bars, my family and I have been cooking meals at home a lot more often. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy and effortless it was to slice through a batch of notoriously soft heirloom tomatoes without smashing the juice out of them. This knife also made it a breeze to cut up potatoes and veggies without any reaction to the ceramic blade. Although I would never have thought to use a serrated knife to cut portions of seafood, I decided to give it a try and was again surprised at how neatly these blades sliced through the delicate flesh of fish. Cleaning was as simple as soap and water since placing ceramic knives in the dishwasher is not recommended. Ceramic is unique for being hygienic and sanitary because ceramic is so dense and non-porous and will not harbor bacteria, germs, or mold. It also won't rust and get a dull edge. Just be sure to use these on a soft cutting board such as bamboo. The knife arrived quickly and packaged nicely in a box that rivals the quality of Apple products. I'm very pleased with this knife and would gladly and highly recommend it to others.

This knife is super sharp and cuts so well. Love the texture of the handle as well. I like that it comes with a blade protector also. Great knife!
