100% Buckwheat!
Look up how good buckwheat is for you and then buy these noodles! They’re not junk with filler ingredients. I love the way they’re packaged in several little bundles. I know you can do a lot with them but I can’t get past my favorite way hot with Braggs liquid aminos, some coconut oil and a LOT of red pepper flakes. Until I master making buckwheat noodles myself, I will continue to buy these!

"Chewy Gluten Weat flour soba"
I bought this soba noodle becase the first reviewer says this is 100% buckweat. No! Not At All!!!!This is typical gluten chewy noodle.
