Toddler Cognition Puzzle Toys, Best for Early Education Learning Matching Game (2-Piece Vegetables)

These are sooo cute on many levels. They are colorful and come in a cute tin for storage. However, I can’t understand how they have 4 1/2 stars. We purchased 4 sets at Christmas. They are small which is fine for 2 and 3 year olds. They come in a variety of pieces so they can become more challenging as a child masters them. They are a little difficult to separate but the HUGH problem with them is that the picture starts to lift after only a little play. So you are left with many parts of the picture torn off OR VERY OFTEN they need to be glued to the puzzle piece. If you decided to try to glue them you’ll discover the white school glue doesn’t work. The best thing we have found is Alieens craft “tacky” glue. It works but the piece ... many pieces become more difficult for children to assemble.

These are my favorite puzzles in my son's sizable puzzle collection. He is two years old and REALLY into puzzles. These are very thick and durable and the pieces lock together nicely. I like that they are color coded on the back so you can quickly sort them if the pieces get mixed up and they are also numbered so you know if you are missing a piece. They come in a metal box which makes them ideal to take with you in a diaper bag or backpack. This is one of our go-to items for entertaining our son at restaurants, airplanes and other places that we have to wait. He is also not tired of them yet even after playing with them regularly for the last 4 or 5 months.

I wasn't sure what to expect, but my 2.5 yr old and I love these. The illustrations are detailed and cute, making it easier to link pieces together and leading to a lot of vocabulary discussion and learning. The puzzle pieces lock together quite well, unlike other cheaply made wooden puzzle sets that have rough edges.I didn't pay much attention to the dimensions when I purchased the set, but each puzzle is quite small, making them perfect for little hands and storage. The tin that the puzzles lay flat inside is slim and nicely designed.These are really quite perfect for 2.5-3 year olds that are done with the easier puzzles, but not quite ready for the larger, 4+ year old puzzles.

My toddler is just getting into puzzles and I wanted some that were simple and easy to do. She enjoys these a lot! I especially like that they all come in a tin for storage. My only disappointment is that all the pieces fit together too easily... I mean, even the wrong pieces hook together so easily, it's hard to know that they aren't supposed to go together. If that makes sense. Anyway... other than that little hang-up (which for older kids probably wouldn't be a problem) I love them!!

Day 1 : I got this puzzle for my 3yrs old twins, who showed no interest. I felt I made the wrong choice.Day 2 : I started doing it, they just sat around n watched me doing it.Day 3 : It was a surprise morning. Both trying to wake me up to help them with their puzzles.Day 5 : Now, not just one, I mix all the 4 puzzles. They learnt to sort out first and then match the pieces.Hurray! I did the right choice:)

The pieces are thick and the case is nice. However, puzzle pieces have no shape variety so they can fit together in multiple ways which is confusing for a little one.

Love it. The pieces size is good and I like that there are different levels in different puzzles. Also it’s very colorful and the pictures are cute. Comes in storage box so you can easily take it with you. Perfect for my 3.5 year old, not too easy that he will get bored and not too challenging that he would lose interest. And my 2 year old also tries to put together the 9 piece ones which she can do with my help.

These puzzles are fantastic for my 3yo. The pieces are very durable so he can't bend them easily, and once the puzzle is put together, it stays together, so it's easy to pick up and store as a complete picture, and easy to stack all of them in the case without worrying that the pieces will mix together. The metal tin they come in is really cute and makes the product portable for use in a car or restaurant. The puzzle fits decently well when building in the lid of the tin - there's just a little gap which is good for packing the puzzles away, but not as great for an uncoordinated toddler who has to push the pieces together because of the gap the wider space leaves, but that's my only small complaint. The colors are bright and vibrant and the pictures interesting, and I like how the 4 puzzles differ in complexity and difficulty. We got the 4 puzzles as advertised. I also like how the case is metal and not wood, as some of the wooden ones we've gotten seem to splinter at times, even from good name brands.
