Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  These are much smaller than pipe caps from the plumbing or hardware stores. They are also not "square" as another buyer mentioned. So it does not rest flush against a surface. If you're not worried about those aesthetics, then these might work for you. But they won't work for my projects. Disappointed.

These are good decorative pipe caps. I use goof-off to clean mine of any oil residue, seems to work well and doesn't smell as bad as acetone. They fit well onto 1/2" threaded black iron pipe. The only issue was sharp material on some of the edges. It was simple enough to use pliers to pull the sharp parts off, and you couldn't even tell after they were painted, but still something to be noted. Good value compared to the big box stores.

I like the total variety of black pipe lengths and fittings that are available. Compared to Lowe’s and Home Depot, better selection of pipe lengths and fittings. All at $ saving prices. Quality control is great.Have no clue what sheerness means with black pipes and fittings!

These caps fastened to the pipe adequately, but do not give the appearance of quality. They are smaller than the caps available at big box stores and cost more. Overall, OK, but not the quality or appearance of industrial I was looking for. I should have paid attention to other reviews with similar opinions.

Threads were so far out of square with the cap that they were unusable for my application.

We ordered all the components to make decorative shelf supports out of a flange, pipe and these caps. We need more than the standard prepacked sets so we built our own. These work great for that purpose.

They look nice and fit NPT pipe, but they are way "smaller looking" than what you find at the hardware store.
