We purchased this for our sons 2nd Birthday while it was on offer. We were a little apprehensive because of a few negative reviews but I’m so glad that we ignored them! He loves it!It arrived safely packaged and next day, it was very easy to put together and charge. The finish is fantastic. The eyes light up when it moves which makes it look even better. It’s not the best on a slippy hard wood floor, it works better on carpet and outdoors with ground that has a grip. Battery life is excellent and it doesn’t take very long to charge. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a first battery operated ride along. My son has so much fun playing on this.

Very pretty vehicle, arrived very quickly,good quality of materials,but do not buy if you do not want to slit your wrists open. It is despairing to go for a walk with a almost 3 year old as it is the slowest vehicle on earth, takes forever to go for a simple ride around the park. Plus he is a tall boy so his knees are almost hitting the wheel. Only one of the wheels on the back rolls so not ideal to ride outdoors as it gets stuck several times. The motor is so weak that the slightest inclination makes it struggle for both direction (up and down). Ideal for 12-28months though. Just not good for older children, specially if they like emotion as with this "snail" my son gets very bored and we get despaired. Everyone we encounter on the park like it but they all asked if the battery was running low as it was so slow and we said no it is fully charged and we only just started our ride. So yes it is cheap and pretty but a very boring toy

Perfect for my 2 year old. Good size and easy to use. Took him all of 5 mins to figure out how to make it go. Still to figure out stop lol. Only thing that I think was unnecessary was the tail, it comes off very easily and is a bit pointless, not a detail a kid would miss if it wasn't there.

My charger doesn't work and I carnt get a new one

Bought for my grandson 2nd birthday. He loved it, easy to control. Not so good on hard floor, but good outside & carpet flooring. Battery last a long time too. Excellent fun.

I cannot connect the handle bar. The handle bar does not go down far enough th put the screw in the hole. Can you also send me a new screw and bolt
