Quasar SQ4000 39.5-Inch 1080p 60Hz LED TV

WORTHLESS TRASH. This is my opinion of any company that sells electronic goods and gives their customers ZERO support when you have a problem with their product. I've had my Quasar SQ4000 for less than 24 hours. I cannot get this POS to receive the HDMI signal from my computer. This morning I tried to contact Quasar customer support only to learn there is none. I've gone through the installation manual and hooked it up properly but it says "NO SIGNAL." Since I only stream TV this is kind of important to me. I checked online, I checked the user manual that came with this huge waste of money and there is no CONTACT / SERVICE / TECH SUPPORT. I can't find their website to provide me with a phone number / support chat / not even email. WTF? You'd think the company would provide this information for their customers who've purchased their product, but its not to be found anywhere in the user manual that came with the TV. So far I haven't been able to do anything more then confirm its getting power. In the back of the user manual you'll find a section called "Troubleshooting." If you cannot get the TV to work after following the instructions in the Troubleshooting section then look no further because this company does not include contact information such as an address, a business phone number, a website or tech support information. As far as I'm concerned if that information isn't somewhere in the users manual that comes with the TV (which it is not) you'd be wise to spend your money on a old 1970s color TV you find at a garage sale. So now its got to go back to Amazon. Nothing but a waste of time and money. And Amazon sticks me with return shipping costs.

Excellent value for the money. Good picture and sound. Also very versatile. Can be used as a PC Monitor too.

This Quasar by Panasonic TV has a great picture and features. Amazon says that it is a Smart TV, it is not a Smart TV.It does have a USB connection which is not noted. Sound is not great, but audio output can go to a sound system and then the tv speakers are not an issue. I was able to get a better price when purchasing this tv from another source, but if I was not able to purchase from a local store I would have been very happy paying the price at Amazon.

Picture is very directional, only works when looking directly at screen...even 10 degrees off axis and picture ghosts. Also sound is very anemic, even at full volume only able to hear at 5 feet

Excellent TV! I was cautious because I am not familiar with the brand. Great price!

Set went out after 2 1/2 months day before I went on road with work. Called their serveice number when I got off road & told that only 90 day waranty service but they would supply parts & be in touch where to take set. After calling more then a dozen times set still down & never get call back from. Worthless warranty & service. Sitting with an expensive boat anchor & wasted money! If buy any Quasar make sure you get extended service warranty contract from someone else
