I have gene mutations (CBS and SUOX) which wreak havoc on my ability to process sulfur. I have been taking this product for close to a year. I really like that Kirkman brand is 100mg doses, meaning that I can choose how to space out my doses throughout the day and up my daily dosage as needed. Whereas with the products that are typically 500-1000mg capsules, unless I break apart the capsules then I cannot easily break apart the dose. I have had tremendous benefit in my ability to tolerate sulfur foods and will continue to buy this brand and product.

As with any supplement, you should know what you're doing or have a qualified healthcare consultation. I'm getting thinning, graying hair, which is completely unacceptable! ha ha. When I take 100 mcg Molybdenum along with 500 mg Inositol (B-complex vitamin) and 500 mg Pantothenic Acid (B-5) the gray in my hair goes away although it is still thinning. I take one capsule of these three products once a day. I've gone off product 3 times. Every time I do the gray starts coming back. It goes away when I go back on these products. I don't know why and can't give you the science behind it. I don't expect this to work if your hair is already gray or that it will do this for everyone. I started taking these products at the beginning of the gray and don't know how long this will last. Results will also vary depending on what disease processes you have that I don't have or what medications you may be on. Molybdenum is supposed to prevent toxin buildup in the body. Maybe that's why it works for me. Don't know.

I ingest 200 mcg (2 capsules) molybdenum from this every day. That dosage from this product is more efficacious than 1000 mcg from the second best molybdenum glycinate product available on Amazon.

I have been using this to help with my detoxing from systemic yeast. Taking this along with antimicrobials has helped the process go smoother. The doctor also told me it helps with tolerating sulphur foods and supplements as I have the genetic mutations related to this situation.
