Lens-Mate Contact Lense Case - 2 Pack

This is a very good case for my Gas Permeable Hard contact lenses. They have nice sized cups that contain enough contact lens fluid to completely submerge the lens for overnight & travel. The only downside is that my Blue tinted lens are difficult to see in the Blue case. But I solved this problem by using the Blue case for my spare pair of lenses and I use the White case daily.

This is the original best case for gas permeable (hard) lenses. All one unit which is better than screw caps that come off. Can be used one-handed. Each lid meets the base, so it's a tight closure to keep lenses covered in solution - won't evaporate and won't leak. I've been wearing contact lenses for decades, and this is still the best case I've found over the years. It's difficult to find in stores, so very glad it's available through Amazon.

I prefer these flip-top 1-piece lens cases to the 3-piece type with screw-on lids. These particular ones are sturdy, they don't leak, and they're MADE IN USA! The blue case is my favorite. It's such a pretty shade of blue. Don't let the color dissuade you! As someone who has worn contact lenses for 31 years, I assure you that it is NOT necessary to "see" your contact in order to get it out of the case. Simply wash your hands (as you should always do before handling your lenses) and open the lid to expose the first well of the lens case. Put your finger, gently, straight into the contact case well. The contact lens will cling to your finger. When putting your lenses into the case at the end of the day, gently place each contact in its well in the lens case and THEN fill with solution. The contact will sink to the bottom, which is what you want. If it floats on top, it doesn't get clean! It needs to soak IN the solution. This also prevents the lens from getting smooshed in the lid. ;)

This contact lens cases are exactly like the ones I get at the doctor's office at my appointments. I love how it's the perfect size for the lenses and uses minimum solution, it is leak proof, and the lids are attached to the case.

Love these cases, the contacts come out easy, other cases I have tried are too deep and walls are too vertical and have to fight to get the lens out in the morning. These are perfect shape allowing the lens to slide out on the first try. I have been looking for cases with these features for a long time and these are the first ones I have found.

Lasted a week. Chinese crap

They work as expected. Easier to buy online then fine these flip up holders in the stores.

One is white, it's fine. The other is a darker blue than in the picture and you can't see if the contact lens is in it unless you're in extremely bright light! I even have colored lenses, and they are almost impossible to see in the blue case. I travel a lot, and have to take contacts off on an airplane or in poorly lit hotel rooms in other countries. It's very difficult to tell whether the contact has made it into the case or not. So I just can't use the blue one, which makes half this purchase worthless.
