We put a timer for our son to not waste all of earth's water when showering.As he needs to manipulate the timer in the shower it has to be spill resistant or waterproof.This one was listed as waterproof, so we simply let him handle any way he wanted... but it failed, and inside the battery compartment you can find water.It may work in less wet environments, but I'd look elsewhere as it is not nice or easily readable...

The time / date/ settings are not explained well in the instructions leaflet. But I did work it out fairly quickly.After using it in the shower I think it would be better described as splash proof.

This isn’t waterproof! We used it for a month or so and then it stopped working. When I took off the battery cover, it was obvious the battery was rusty, see photo. Very disappointing.

I attached it to a sucker to place it on the tiles of the wall of the shower above where the water is. The screen is a little cluttered especially if your can't wear your glasses in the shower! I use it as a shower timer and the beep is plenty loud enough. The buttons don't click when pressed so you have to watch the screen to see that what you pressed is what you wanted. Easy to set up. Start to count down - same button to stop on the beeps. Time remains set for next session. Recommended

I use this all the time and I was surprised how good it was for the price.It is easy to use and does exactly what it says on the tin. It is perfect for my needs as I use it to time how long I leave my conditioner in before rinsing.It is fine when water from the shower hits it, doesn't effect how it works.Generally pleased with it.

Unfortunately not shower proof. I take pretty short showers around 6 mins and 3 mins is a cold shower so not a lot of steam. The screen was eligible after the 2nd use. You couldnt read the numbers at all. Pics attached where you can see the condensation inside the timer. It may have been a damaged or faulty product.

A nice little clock

Not shower proof as advertised. I've had the clock for 5 months and it has stopped working so I went to change the battery and found rust in the compartment. Useless piece of junk, I couldn't even get the correct date to match with the year.
