I ordered my Bionic Hose in Summer 2023 after seeing some positive reviews online. By April 2024, it sprung a small leak in the middle of the hose. Also, the sprayer attachment cracked. I liked the hose, but was very disappointed that it broke so quickly. The box advertises a 5-year warranty, so I expected it to last for 5+ years.That said, on Mon 4/8/24 I tried calling the Emson Customer Support number on my Amazon Order page, and to my pleasant surprise, someone picked up the phone quickly. She asked me for my shipping info, and created a replacement order for me. She just asked me to email them a copy of my Amazon receipt. By Wed 4/10/24, I received a reply to my email saying a replacement hose had been shipped. The brand new hose arrived 1 week later on Wed 4/17/24.Next year, I will remove my hose before the winter and store it in my house. I suspect that the damage was due to the cold weather (although it's not that cold where I live). I still give the hose a 5-star rating, because it's lightweight, doesn't kink, and customer service was fantastic.

I bought two of these hoses after seeing it at a friend's house. I loved them immediately. They roll up easily on a hose winder, they are lightweight and maneuverable, and they don't kink. If you leave them out in the sun, the water will come out warm. Unfortunately, the end broke off of one of the hoses after two seasons of use. I contacted that manufacturer and they sent me a new hose to replace the broken one. It was super easy. I just had to send them my receipt (SAVE YOUR RECEIPT) and a photo of the broken part. I didn't have to send back the original hose, which was awesome. I received the new hose in a couple of weeks. I highly recommend this product.

I have purchased a lot of hoses (6 or so) that have been really good for a short time and then they sprang leaks or utterly failed if left out in the weather. I live in FL and the hose is outside all day in the sun, in a hose holder. I use it several times a week to water our outdoor plants. It is easy to pull along, and store when done, but it is a bit heavy. Well worth the effort due to it's ease of use and apparent quality. I love it.

Works as described but the 3, 75-foot hoses I received did not include the on-off lever as presented in the description. I will keep the hoses to avoid the hassle of return and the possibility of receiving three more that do not have the on-off lever.A friend gifted me a metal hose last year and I've used it since. We live in Arizona and have over a 1/3 acre covered with rock, cactus, riprap (larger rocks), and boulders. Our PNW Costco fabric covered hoses did not hold up to this environment. We use the hoses year-round and have found the metal ones to hold up much better. They take up about 1/2 the space of either a regular hose or fabric hose and are lighter. No kinks ever, and surprising to me, they stay cool to the touch even in 100+ temperatures (unlike my black fabric covered hoses.) I opted for this brand because of the excellent price for 75 footers and the brass fittings.Observations and suggestions1. The fireman's nozzle included with the hose is well made but restricts the waterflow to 1/3 that of the nozzles I have from Costco. I tested by filling a 5-gallon water bucket and timing the fill rate on full flow.2. I would untangle and roll out the hose prior to attaching to water. I made the mistake of thinking, since it came all rolled up, that I could just attach and stretch it out. No.3. It is a metal hose and during the first uses you will get silver on your hands as you run the hose through for rewinding. It washes off easy, its yard work, so don't wear your white gloves from church!

Game changerIWas skeptical , after too many disappointing, and some disastrous experiences with other hoses- those that kinked-, or were too bulky and unsafe - ( one of which resulted in an injury due an unadvertised heft )BUT this hose (50ft ) has it all!!Brass fittings ! Super water pressure - ( can wash a car ) ! Great for garden and lawn watering - allowing for ease of movement, lifting , and flexibility.Amazingly - DOES NOT KINK ! Very fluid and versatile.Actually , though sounds odd, this hose looks stylish and resulting in comments on how nice it looks ( who knew, right - a hose generating buzz) ..Pros:Great pressureGreat attachmentsSuper lightExcellent maneuverabilityExcellent packagingNo kinking or tangling ( OR “ inflating the hose to avoid tangling “ as many other “ no kink “ brands instruct ( which is code for : wrestling the hose with blood sweat and tears ). Anyone who has arthritic , orthopedic- issues or injuries - should consider this hose.Or anyone that wants a great high pressure , light weight hose , that looks good, does not tangle and is easy to move , coil , store , and use .

Great hose. Just as advertised. We bought several in various sizes. Only warning is you must drain them & keep them inside for the winter. Even though we live in Arizona we had 2 of them rupture the vinyl tube inside. Then they leak and can’t be repaired.

I love this hose. Lightweight, does not kink, easy to store, good pressure (despite having a smaller diameter than normal hoses... it works fine with my pressure washer), and is extremely sturdy.HOWEVER, the pictures show a quarter-turn valve (the "on-off" valve). My hose did not come with the valve. I am disappointed because not only did I feel like the advertisement was false, I wanted a hose with a quarter-turn valve.

This hose is lightweight, easy to pull around, easy to reel in onto the hose reel. The brass fittings are super! It is durable and always kink free. It's a great hose for the garden. I will never buy a vinyl or rubber hose again!

After years of struggling with the typical rubber garden hoses, I decided to replace all of my garden hoses this year. I replaced a couple of runs with the expandable hoses (great option) but I decided to go with the metal garden hoses for the longest run. I had purchased a 100 ft metal hose which was just a little short so I purchased this Bionic Steel 25 ft hose to extend the run. I am extremely pleased with the transition to the metal garden hose. They are so much lighter than the rubber hoses, they don't tangle and they are so much less frustrating to work with. Ultimately saves time and energy in coiling and uncoiling the hoses. I especially like the fact that this particular hose has the shut off valve at the end. This is a very convenient feature. Needless to say I will never be going back to the rubber hoses.

This hose will not kink, very light weight to work around the garden and manage.
