These are not available in the area I'm in. They only come in a multipack filled with tampons I don't need. You only get a handful of Ultras/Supers and like 100 regulars. I don't remember the actual amount but I don't like spending money on products I don't need and super/regulars I don't bother using and I have them coming out my ears. My flow has been extremely heavy recently and these are the only ones worth using. This is probably a review for tampax themselves; however all the pictures are right. My box came opened too. Customer service screwed up and took forever on my refund but they're the only ones who have these. I have no choice. Something really needs to be done about these opened boxes! Why open but not take any??

These tampons are finally available for real heavy bleeders! Or perhaps I’m slow to catch on to finding out about them.Either way, these tampons saved my whole week in the woods camping. With super plus sized I still had to change it every hour or less during peak days. Ultra is good to go for about 1/4 day. Worth every penny to not have the constant worry of bleeding through tampon, pad, underwear and pants.HOWEVER, I RECOMMEND BUYING AT TARGET. Target has huge boxes of ultras at much better prices than anywhere on amazon.

Wish I didn't need a tampon the size of a telephone pole and the absorbancy of a sham-wow but here I am.

2nd best Absorption unavailable.But was the best of Tampax...Playtex 360 Ultra was my number one but... They are also discontinued!!Feeling bitter.👿💔

As the box states, these are ULTRA absorbent. With the exception of the first 24 hours of my cycle, with these, I don't need to change as often. I feel "ultra" secure with these. For example, if I use one right before leaving the house, I feel confident that I can make it to my destination without having to RUSH to the nearest restroom or worry about 'accidents.' Beware though, and don't get too overconfident in these. Especially during the early days, you still need to closely monitor yourself. BUT, these provide a lot more reassurance, and because you use fewer in the moderate to lighter days, you save money. They're really the only level of protection needed.

The box arrived open and beat up. I counted and they were all there.
