They fit! Older lamps have very narrow fittings and I couldn’t find a small bayonet bulb in the shops. Thought I’d try these as another reviewer had said they’d fitted his vintage light fitting and the cost wasn’t prohibitive - so what did I have to lose? Result! It fits, I have two spares, lovely bright LED light and the glass shade remains cool to the touch. Can’t comment on the longevity because I’ve only had it in the lamp a few days, or it’s energy efficiency - but it’s LED, so should be cheap to run……I am no expert in these matters!

I bought this by mistake but found a use for it. It was a good mistake. It nice quality.

Just bought for old style light fitting with shades. These bulbs are great for these.Previously found difficult to source as some B15 Bulbs are not quite same or will easily take our shades. So first bought smallest quality to try.IMPORTANT:-Note these are B15d cap size (rather than just B15). I cannot see this is clear on the upper part of Amazon's listing but is noted in the comparison part with Amazon's other B15 bulbs. Or is it on the box; Flatbed scan of actual include with review. I first noticed this when trying to immediately order a larger quantity to have in stock after the initial three pack arrived and were found to be be fine for my fittings and shades. My understanding from subsequently searching on the internet is the d relates to the fitting on the base of the bulb; with d standing for double fitting. Whereas without, is single. This may be important for you. So take care. By luck they were fine for me. The other JCB B15's in a pack of 10 show in the comparison as B15's (not B15d's). I did not realize this difference when I bought my original three pack. Given 5 Star longevity rating even though only just received and fitted today as if left blank may be taken to be nil rating and have adverse affect on overall rating. Received overnight with Amazon prime.

Works fine, nice and bright. Nothing else to add.

It has been difficult to find some warm white B15 candle bulbs that last. These have done the job so far and the right amount of warmth I required

I ordered these bulbs but the one was defective. I had to wait till someone came to scan the code as I don't have a smart phone. However, she tells me it's not worth the hassle so I have had to order another pack of the same bulbs as my light fitting is for 3 bulbs. I can only hope there isn't another defective bulb when they are delivered tomorrow.
