UPDATE 6/2017:The 4 star rating still stands. The company informed me recently that they have applied for CSA certification and will update when they get it. FUNCTION: after a year of service, the spray head started to malfunction: one must press the button multiple times to get it to switch spray pattern from spray to stream, vice versa. Will need to replace spray head soon. All other parts ok.Original: Installation went well enough. Haven't had any leaks in the few weeks we've used it. Water pressure is good. The larger spout reach means we're not flooding the back splash everytime we wash our hands, etc. The only thing that keeps this from being 5 stars is that it is not independently tested/ certified for low lead ansi/ NSF 61. Since it is illegal to introduce product into commerce for dispensing potable water that doesn't comply to this standard, I'm trusting their statement of low lead brass. The vendor tells me they are working on it and should be cleared with a CSA certification by end of this year. I'm hoping they will update me when it happens.

I LOVE this faucet! We should have replaced our builder-grade faucet LONG ago, but we have had higher priorities. SO when our faucet hose started falling apart, we decided it was time to replace it. I could not believe how reasonable the prices on Amazon were compared to what you would find at a Big Box store. Plus the selection on Amazon is also amazing. it took a bit for the husby to install (primarily due to learning curve of never having installed one before)...but let me tell you. This beauty has totally updated the look of our kitchen and our entire sink. Plus it is VERY easy to now wash deep pots and even bath our little dog in the sink. Get this one, you won't regret it!

UPDATE 2: It's been just over a year since we installed the faucet. Unfortunately, the part that broke just after we installed the faucet broke again, despite installing a new one provided bu Sontiy. In addition, the water pressure has worsened over time to the point that at time a mere dribble comes out of the faucet requiring you to mess with the button to get more flow. We've ordered a new faucet (different brand) and will be replacing this unit. Perhaps we got a lemon given the other reviews. Downgrading to one star.UPDATE: Sontiy sent me a new bushing (actually, three new bushings), which arrived a week or so later. The new bushing is installed and the faucet is fully functioning again. Replacing the bushing wasn't the easiest process. The process wasn't technically difficult, but required rethreading the spray hose back through the body connector with some trial and error. In any event, I was impressed with Sontiy quick response. Upgrading rating to 3-stars. Hopeful the new bushing holds up.ORIGINAL: About a month after receiving the faucet, the bushing broke (made of plastic). As a result, the spray head no longer fastens securely to the spout (see attached picture). Pretty disappointed. Just sent Sontiy an email requesting a replacement part -- I just missed the 30-day return window but still within the 1-year parts replacement window. Hopefully, it's a smooth process.

This is a great faucet .The finish is very nice and comes with very beautiful box too . But the most importantly is the way it actually functions . I come to give this review after been used for a while . It works very well . The angel of the faucet is nice and high , which make it easy to clean extra large pots and pans . The water flow is also very easy to control . It’s definitely good price at good product. Comparable price at hardware store are much higher . Good choose !

First I had given it 3 stars for this reason: It was all good in the beginning but after using for few months it started to loose the water strength. I thought it could be dirty inside so I removed the small filters in it but did not change at all... it really sucks, all my friends complain when they have to use it and always tell me to change this faucet. We can not wash dishes properly and if you want the water to be strong, you need to keep pressing the black button; then the water string will be strong. I really want to return it as I am not happy with this product.2 weeks after I sent an email to the manufacture:Now I give 5 stars because I contacted the manufacturer and their customer service is really really good! I am very happy now as they replied my email right away and also sent me the sprayer part which was defective. It took just one week for this part to arrive. As soon as I received, I changed and now my kitchen faucet is working perfectly fine. Any product can be defective and what will make the difference and a client happy is the good customer service. Thank you very much!

The faucet head is not working properly, the button to press to switch it from spray to stream is not working there for either is my water pressure. I can not find where to contact the company since it says it’s a 12 month warranty on parts...

After going through information, I find the kitchen faucet is the right one that I needed. This faucet is very easy to install, which it takes me about 20 minutes to finish the installation. Of course, you need to read the "Instruction Installation" at first. Then, you can install according to the instruction. Otherwise, you may waste time and feel hard during installation. The main reason for me to choose this faucet is the lead-free brass construction. It is helpful for our family's health. Water is the fountain of life. The high-quality faucet is very important. I believe that this faucet is worth having.

The faucet was super nice, easy to install and worked great for like a month. Now the button to switch between the two different types a spray hardly ever works and it loses water pressure if the button is pushed incorrectly so you have to mess with it for a while in order to get proper water pressure. Would not buy again and definitely would recommend something other than this one. Terrible waste of money
