Stopped working within one week.
This was delivered 9 days ago. We became best friends as this worked like a dream. My kids can easily use this too, so it was great. And then, 7 days after we started using it, one morning, it worked for a few seconds and just stopped working. I made sure it was fully charged, cleaned everything out, but there was no change. Their customer service is email only.Update: GOOVI failed to get back to me. Amazon offered a replacement after their tech support were unable to offer any other help.

I cancelled my return.
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. ***UPDATE***The release latch on the dirt cup broke after less than two weeks. It’s my first cordless vacuum so in comparison to a corded vac, I was less than pleased and decided to pack it up and return it after one use. The next day, I unpacked and reassembled it after spending hours researching, comparing, and reading reviews of other cordless vacuums. I have decided to keep it to use for quick spot vacuuming without the hassle of a cord. My issues with the vac come with the territory of cordless vacuums. So...It assembled easily. It had good suction. It maneuvered very well along the floor and turned easily. It’s lightweight, but top heavy and my wrist grew tired pretty quickly.I love that the filter can be washed. The battery pack was pretty warm after one use on high power. The lights could be brighter.I don’t like that the battery has to be connected to the unit in order to charge.I’ll update if I come across anything else good/bad worth mentioning.

Economical version of Dyson V8
I like how this vacuum works really well compared to the expensive brand Dyson V8. The battery life is much longer. I usually used it around 30 minutes, but it is like super clean and detail job. This is definitely recommended for anyone who is looking for cordless vacuum.

Have a dustpan ready
We purchased this vacuum to do light cleaning around the house. Battery life was great and the vacuum is fairly light and maneuvers well. However, my biggest complaint and the reason I cannot recommend this vacuum is that the suction isn't strong enough to contain the vacuumed items. Specifically, when you turn off the vacuum, various debris that had been vacuumed up is essentially dropped back onto the floor, requiring us to sweep those items up with a dustpan. I assume it has something to do with the design or the inability for the suction to bring the debris up from the rotating head to the collection bin near the motor housing. Very disappointed in the function of this product.

Underwhelming first impressions
Goovi EV-693 model. Got it today. The initial impressions are underwhelming. Yes, it's easy to put together which was fully expected. But the suction even in turbo mode seems to be not any better than my $20 Black & Decker handheld cordless I got from Home Depot 15 years ago (the battery finally started giving out).Quite a few things are subpar about this vacuum making it not worth the $150 i paid for it and someone casting a shadow of the doubt on all the 5 star reviews.Yes, I fully grasp that it's cordless and thus is expected to be weaker, but not as weak as a $20 15yo vac, right? Then there are interesting design choices.First use case I got the vacuum for was to vacuum under the bed. Because the suction tube is at the top of the body, you can't lay it fully flat (see the picture), thus the suction tube can never be completely parallel with the floor. In order to stick it under the bed I had to turn it sideways. And the second I did that the motorized head also turned sideways which made it impossible to move back and forth. So don't expect to use it under furniture that is deeper than a foot or two.The second use case was to vacuum surfaces in the house. I put on the only attachment which I believe is called the "crevice tool" and went about. The bristles on the attachment seem way to long to provide any useful suction. I can probably cut them up, but you can see on the picture the attachment next to an airpods case (for scale). Then there is the motorized head. It came with that felt covered brush pre-installed. I can't imagine what it would be useful for. Maybe to vacuum sofas? But that'd be weird after vacuuming the floor with that same head. I replaced it with the other brush that you can see installed in the head on the picture now.I went about the house trying it on floors and carpets. On floors it's ok, but the suction could be better. On the carpet i feel like it's choking and it makes a squeaking noise suggesting it's working hard.I am yet to try it in the car which was the third use case I got the vac for and I'll update the review. Maybe it will be magical for the car, but I'm not holding my breath and will likely be returning it as it's not worth the price. For $20 more you can score a V7 dyson (not to say that it's better in any way).

Zero stars
Usually, if I don’t like the product, I just don’t write a review. But not this time. The first 3 weeks the vacuum was ok, even though suctions wasn’t that great as was written on a reviews. I am very gentle with everything I have, and this vacuum I was using only on a kitchen hard floor ( just 100 square feet). So, with gentle use on so little square feet, in 3 weeks of using the vacuum, I have a problem: this thing can go to trash :- no suctions ( I mean zero)- the brush is falling out while I am vacuuming- spit out everything back on a floor- shuts down by itself in 2 minutes, after all day its in a charger.I threw away the box, so don’t think it’s possible to return it back. Very sorry for review like this, but I am literally crying. I spent a big money for nothing.Olga.
