Redemption Has 4 Paws

I could really resonate with going through life's struggles, and having a dog there to help you through it. My dog and I are also certified as a Therapy Dog team, so I could relate to that as well. I like what Robin has to say about looking for your dog's potential, and then paying it forward by getting involved in Therapy Dog volunteering. Even if Therapy Dogs is not your thing, find some way to use your time and God-given talents to pay it forward, and help make the world a better place for others. My hope is that 10 years from now, I will be able to work part-time, and spend more time volunteering with a therapy dog. I have seen the difference a Therapy Dog makes in the lives of those we come in contact with, and it is so rewarding!!!

I have gotten to know Robin personally through community involvement and she is a caring and action oriented person. Her dedication to helping others is uplifting. It is very apparent that her rescue/therapy dogs are the focus of her life and if you are an animal lover like me, it will touch your soul. To read an honest life story from someone who has had to deal with many difficulties in her life, and who has been continually "rescued" by her rescue dogs, made me smile. Animals are our wonderful companions, showing us unconditional love and devotion. They make life brighter, richer. She proves this beyond a doubt with her beautiful memoir.

This read made me feel like I was sitting with friend having a visit. It brought smiles and tears to my being. Touched me deeply. Thank you Robin for bringing many buried emotions to the surface for release.
