VITTO Patella Knee Tendon Support Strap - Helps with Jogging, Tendonitis and Arthritis Pain (Medium, Black)

I am currently struggling with runner’s knee, in both legs, and I took a punt on this, several weeks ago, based on reading some helpful reviews of it on Amazon. A good decision, and I have subsequently bought one for the other knee. Simple, easy to adjust for maximum comfort. For my condition, and as part of a process of rehabilitation guided by my chiropractor, this support is ideal.

I've taken up walking to retain my sanity during lockdown but have aggravated an old knee injury. This doesn't prevent the pain altogether, but does serve as a helpful reminder to go easy and offers some support. It requires occasional adjustments while out walking, but overall is more of a benefit than a boon. Worth trying out if you're having knee twinges.

I damaged my knee running. This strap was in a valuable in supporting me over the two or three weeks it was sore and tender and made walking much more bearable until my knee had healed.

I recently injured my knee and thought this would make things more comfortable, unfortunately I found it uncomfortable. It may be my knee joint and I do have varicose veins but certainly this did not help in fact I had to remove it after not many minutes due to discomfort. May suit others, but I certainly didn't feel my injury was being supported.

Only gentle support top and bottom with no side support. Not too bulky.

I’m so happy with this knee support. I’ve been wearing it during and after long hikes and it really helps with my tendonitis - I find it much easier to go up and down hills and stairs. I love the fact that it’s open at the front too which means it’s not as restrictive as other supports I’ve tried.

No good I'm afraid. Slips down, uncomfortable, doesn't support and doesn't relieve pain.The velcro also wears out very quickly and rubs and scratches against skin when slipping occurs.

As an older runner one of the first things to ache is the knees. I have tried the sleeve style supports but found them uncomfortable and restricting when running. This product is comfortable to wear and gives me the support I need. Great value for money and highly recommended

je ne suis pas médecin mais, suite à une usure prématurée du ménisque et dans le genou (trop complexe à expliquer ici !), en attendant un hypothétique rdv chez un rhumatologe (!) je me soulage avec ce système : cela tient le genou en place et me permet sans excès de bouger un peu mieux (faut que j'arrête de bouger, c'est cela en vrai le problème mais je ne peux pas !!) donc bon système qui soulage, que l'on s'habitue très vite à porter et à retirer le soir mais ce n'est rien de médical donc pas de miracle à attendre !! mais pour 10 euros c'est un bon produit que je recommande.
