A Cut Above the Rest!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I was looking for literally the perfect fit for use and both of these are precisely that! The quality is excellent and ease to do kitchen veggie/fruit prep is first class! Maneuvering is exemplary and there is no slippage when these are handled wet - a definite plus, as they are super sharp!I use warm soapy water to wash these after use and dry with a fresh dishcloth to immediately put them away till next needed, as the dishwasher may compromise their forged integrity (this is also recommended on the provided product information).Well worth the investment to have these in my kitchen now and forward!

These Knives Will Surprise You
Very nice paring knives , very sharp . These knives have large scales/grips , which is fine since I have large hands . They fill my hand well and are easy to hold . The fit and finish are excellent . I would compare these to my old German made set of kitchen knives , in fact these are heavier and sharper .

Big handle wide blade
Good sharp paring knife, with a substantial handle. I don't know how well it will hone on a steel.

INCOMPLETE INFORMATION ON WEBSITE
KNIFE DESCRIBED AS MADE OF HIGH CARBON STEEL , WHICH IS WHY I BOUGHT IT. IT IS MADE OF HIGH CARBON STAINLESS STEEL. PRECISELY WHAT I WAS AVOIDING. ON THE POSITIVE SIDE THIS IS A VERY NICE KNIFE IN THE HAND.VERY CONTROLLABLE. BLADE COMES SHARP AND READY FOR SERVICE.

Nice Knife
I have been on a quest to find the best and sharpest knife out there. I have tried several Japanese/Chinese versions, which in general are not that sharp. The German steel knives seem to be the best. I have tried Zwilling and WickWillow and have written glowing reviews of them. But perhaps I was too quick, as they seemed very sharp to begin with, but became duller. One drawback of the WickWillow is that it has a sharp edge near the handle, and so is a bit dangerous. The advantage of this CutLuxe knife is the heaviness of the handle. I do not know if it is the sharpest, but the heavy handle makes is easier to cut. For now, it seems to be the best, but I am still looking.

Worth the money.
I like them. Might be kind of large for smaller hands. Now to see how long they keep their edge!
