I have been using the natures bounty sleep gummies every night for over a year now and while the flavor remains pleasantly sweet and fruity, and they do still help regulate my sleep patterns and help me fall and stay asleep, the last two bottles I've received the gummies have gotten really hard after breaking the seal (which they didn't used to). In previous purchases it would only be the last 10 or so gummies whose texture had changed but now its pretty the whole bottle after the first few nights.

I like this brand of gummies however these certain ones are hard to chew. I believe that they make them a little softer almost like a starburst people would take more vitamins. I'm not sure how the melatonin part works because I suffer from chronic insomnia but I will say they do help you to relax.

I have repurchased this from here and I take one every evening to help me fall asleep! Much better than taking advil pm. They are pleasant tasting too!

Only four stars basted on the texture of the product. They are not soft gummies. Works well but difficult to chew.

Love this product, it makes me sleep naturally

Pros: Love that the dose is lower so taking one gives you only 2.5mg which is exactly what I like to take. I try not to overdo it on this so as not to become dependent upon it. Price is right. Taste is okay.Cons: the packaging is so incredibly wasteful it makes me angry. I would rather them fill up the entire bottle and charge more, instead I have to buy ANOTHER bottle and pray to the gods of recycling that I don’t doom the planet with my melatonin choices
