Read this book summer 2025. IMHO, it's a must read for everyone today.It was an excellent primer about what has been occurring since MKULTRA, Project Paperclip, etc. As a fellow researcher, the authors research, knowledge and advice is remarkable and spot on. The book is highly readable, understandable to anyone; I read it on vacation. In light of recent events- Lahaina, North Carolina & Ft. Myers "hurricanes", Texas floods the DEW information is highly relevant. Even though the book was published in 2014.The extent to which our government has experimented without consent on its' citizens is overwhelming! John Hall writes the the un-redeeming truth about the US Government: they are NOT doing the job of protecting their citizens. One can only ask: were they ever doing so? Read the book with eyes wide open-learn something new.

This book rates a 5 on the info presented about the subject and to raise awareness. However, a workable SOLUTION to DEFEAT the RF attacking you and me is NOT given by the author. I implore the author to add solutions to their books. I’ve been microchipped and targeted since 2009 by the FBI, Homeland Security, and believe it or not, my local Sheriff’s department, unified and in league with the Feds, because I bought 5 survival books – no kidding. They need to justify their paychecks and create business where there is none. I’ve learned a few things, namely, how to stop the RF, subliminals, and voices to skull. It’s simple. You need to protect the space they target – your brain and the EEG’s they are stealing from you and me through their radar heterodyning. Think small area and not large areas, like protecting your head, instead of lining your entire living space with metal or silver paint. It’s faster, easier, and cheaper. Your SOLUTION: Make a Faraday Cage around your bed with steel or lead or copper sheets or tape, as they like targeting people as they sleep; line a hat with steel or copper adhesive tape to block RF in and EEG’s out. You can buy the steel and copper adhesive tapes on Amazon from Kraftex and TapeCase, and no, I’m not affiliated with either, I just know it works because this is what I do. I wear baseball hats, which blocks most, but not all, of the RF’s in, therefore, most of the EEG’s out. Don’t poo poo the tinfoil hat theory just yet, because you’d be wrong, as I have also used adhesive aluminum with good results, just not as good as steel or copper. The author did a very good job explaining what is going on in today's society. As a non-consensual my story is similar, but the difference is an entire neighborhood was subjected to some of the same tactics in John Hall's book, however it was one of the other neighbors perpetuating these crimes on the rest of us. We combined our assets and hired a private investigator to test for the RF and Microwave frequencies being used against us. That report was taken to the FBI, Highway Patrol, Sheriff's office, Homeland Security, National Guard, etc. Letters were sent to the President, Sec. of State (US), FCC, State Governor, etc. Nothing was done as of yet. However, because we worked together in collecting information and supporting one another, "the neighbor from hell" was basically forced to move. Thank God!! The report from our Private Investigator is our only validation. He was worth the money. This was going on about the same time Havana, Cuba was happening. Wished we had read the book sooner... Everyone needs to buy two copies and get them out there. I have begun by ordering three copies of John Halls book as well as the book "Soul Catcher", by Robert Duncan. Knowledge is power people and prayer overcomes the enemy...

It is a great book with plenty of information. I am targeted individual and I even know who is behind. I work in health insurance company and I dared to address their CEO, who at that point just was Vice president. You bump on people who are psychopaths or suffer on delusion of grandeur and and just dare to contradict them and you will on the street. i.e - I had the conversation with former coworker and she did not say that CEO is looking for assistant. No - she said Office of President is looking for an assistant. Imagine that. I give the book four star as I don't think that anything would change if we had republican president. Brain project is however Obama's project and I directly blame him. He criticizes senator Feinstein and Pelosi - and with right. I wrote to Feinstein and asked for help. Of course as big supporter of these projects she did not answer.Even if Hall's advice for protection is not comprehensive he made attempt to give some of information. I think that Faraday cage works best. Now I do have problems and I am attacked by microwave during the night while I am sleeping. They really want to blow my brain as I am now in final phase when they are zapping you with the technology every hour in regular intervals. I can survive this as I protect myself. They also might beusing scalar technology - i know it is different as they wake you up with thunder wise sounds.This will be known at some point as the darkest time in american history. Probably when all of the victims are dead in 60 years some of the politicians would offer lame apology. Or worst case scenario - they will achieve ultimate goal based on my experience - how to create perfect corporate and government slave.

good book. Im about half way thru so far. My only complaint is that the author calls what is happening "experimentation" and "research" even in modern day. Sure the things they were doing in secret in the mid 20th centruy may have been 'experimentation' and 'research'.. but its 2025 now. They know the effects of everything they are doing to us. And its intentionally harmful. When we call it 'experimentation" and "rsearch" it makes it seem like the government is still just testing the waters with this technology and might someday use it for good. We know there is no good that can used for these weapons of slavery.

Game changer

This is a really good book. Very well written and impeccably researched to give a factual and comprehensive history of where this death machine came from. The facts are so well documented that even a skeptic would have trouble just dismissing this information out of hand. Behind the scientific and historical background, Dr. Hall sees this death machine as being fundamentally a tool of Satan in his war against God and this has been my experience as a t.i. 100%. If t.i.'s could read this book and just entertain the possibility that this perspective is correct, I think it would provide immeasurable help to so many who are suffering and lost without a clue. I have heard that many t.i.'s have been electronically abused by people spouting Christianity and it's tragic that they don't understand this was done deliberately to dissuade them from the only real hope they have.Also there's a good shielding mechanism in the pipeline and hearing this was good news. Keep up the good work Dr. Hall and God bless.

this book has a real hidden secrets and I am a real victimbut can't give you detail

In this book, John has touched on a subject that most psychiatrists still refuse to acknowledge; that, it is possible for normal people to be attacked with directed energy and exhibit symptoms so similar to those suffering from mental illness that a doctor who is unaware of the existence of such technologies will not be able to tell the difference. This in turn will lead to a misdiagnosis and discredit anything else that the victim / patient says. This is a "must read" book for all those still in doubt!

The book is well written, exhaustive and straight to the point. It will for sure help targetted people while they still are under surveillance and before the attack and monitoring phases come, hopingly putting an end to the targetting. The global problem is well understood and some interesting solutions are given.

This is a very informative read. I have read here that Dr. John Hall goes off on a political rant or off on a welfare rant. After reading this book you will see that this is not true. Dr. Hall, thankfully, provides his insight into how we should all work "together" to accomplish our ultimate goal in ending this electronic harassment/gangstalking, etc., also through closure to a government that has gotten just too big for our own good. If you are unsure about the purchase of this book just google Dr. John Hall electronic harassment and first listen to a few of his videos to make up your mind. I have listened to as many videos as I can find, and I still found this read to be very information. After reading all three books, if I may recommend, you might first want to read How to Tame a Demon: A short practical guide to organized intimidation stalking, electronic torture, and mind control by Robert Duncan, then this book by Dr. John Hall, while ending with Project: Soul Catcher: Secrets of Cyber and Cybernetic Warfare Revealed by Robert Duncan? Good luck!

This book started off OK but degenerated into the author's rant about the terrible ills of socialism. This is the first book I stopped reading halfway through because I could no longer stomach his hatred for poor people. He ignores the systemic issues that cause people to live in poverty, especially in the USA. His views remind me of Victorian Britain and workhouses.
