Worked great on my tw200
Gas in Commie California is expensive and extremely low grade which causes seals to deteriorate. So I had to replace the petcock on my tw200 because it leaked when in the off position. This replacement works perfectly.

No Instructions or Diagrams But.......
In my 40+ years of riding and fixing motorcycles, I've never had the reason to change or install a petcock. I got this to install in a dirt-bike aftermarket (longer range) fuel tank. I didn't want to remove the petcock from the OEM tank as suggested, so I looked around and ended up with this. When I opened the box I found the petcock and a washer and a small rubber o-ring, but no instructions. I had to look at it for a moment since I had never done one before. I realized that the petcock's bottom had a seal, but fuel could escape through the screw holes, so now it made sense, but I still needed one more o-Ring and one more washer. Ah! Found them. They had fallen out during my careless ripping open of the little box. Using comment sense, I placed the washer on the screw filled by the o-ring. The o-ring became a stopping point between the petcock and the screw head disallowing fuel to escape. Also, there are two tubes. The long one for the standard fuel flow, and the lower for the Reserve setting. There is a tubular filter that was loose in the box that I forgot to mention. This obviously slides right into the petcock, but I was concerned it would just fall out again. As it happens, I took the chance to push in hard, and it clicked in a position where it was firmly held. You should check that this filter is in firmly when you get it.I'm sure for 90% of people buying this petcock, this is obvious information, but for those few % out there that love a small diagram or instruction book, I hope this helps. Now let's talk quality. There is no way to determine the long-term reliability of the product, but I'll say this. It's an exact copy of the original. They got the molding perfect and the feel of the valve is very stiff/firm. It feels like a quality product. I'm constantly amazed at what the Chinese are able to produce for the price of a cheeseburger.

Works great.
Fit perfect. Turns nice and tight so it doesnt shut off while riding. No leaks at all. It's the only shiny part on my bike tho so i might have to fix that.

Fit the Yamaha TW200.
Fit well but the main inlet tube is shorter than oem. All this means is that I have less mileage on reserve, not a big deal.
