It's good to have on hand. A little goes a long way.

This stuff is so tasty and so easy to cook up. Great health benefits as well.

I used it to make Kisir. Same quality as back home. Too pricy because of the shipment I believe :(

Good and costs less than the stuff in the grocery store. Next time I will order a coarser cut, this is a bit too fine.

Wheatberries have so many uses. My favorite is putting them in a pilaf with mushrooms and onion. I also drop them in soup, mix them into Buddha bowls, make cold salads with apple & mandarin orange segments, and mix them with other grains for breakfast porridge. I like to keep a supply of them always ready.

I had surgery on my stomach so there a lot of cultural foods I can’t eat, mainly rice. However, this is a perfect substitute, and it tastes so similar to rice that I love it. I have only tried the fine bulgar, not the coarse one because my stomach is a little sensitive.

When I placed the package on my counter, I realized there was bulgar wheat under the box. Upon opening the box, I noticed most of the product was on the bottom of the box and not in the bag. I tried to get a replacement, but it’s not allowable for this product. I’m very disappointed.
