I was so excited to get this. I was planning a surprise birthday for my bestie and this would fit her for the colors and all. When it came time to get it set up the Happy Birthday balloons were not easy at all. Yes they gave you a tool to use but it was hard trying to find the valve for it because of how it was made. Then the balloons that came with it were not great. We had blown them up that morning about 9/10ish thinking that would be good since the party was at 4/5. Nope by then they had started to sink to the ground and the star ones blown up never made it to the ceiling they all had helium in them but never would float. Thank goodness I had other balloons here to blow up and add to the party because if not then I would have had all of them on the floor. On a good note I did everything in the package that was online but it was cheaply made and would not hold.

Since it was my husband's 40th birthday I wanted to get special decorations especially because we do social distance and we wouldn't be able to celebrate with all the family. The main reason why I got this set was because it had the numbers 4 0 and I thought it was a good deal because I also wanted the letters Happy Birthday and getting this bundle was a great price but unfortunately the 4 0 came with a small rip and as soon as I put in the little straw it ripped right through and not just that but you couldn't even be able to blow up Ballon. The Ballon was glued SHUT that you couldn't even get straw through to attempt to blow up! The Happy birthday I blew up with out any issues - so it's not like I don't know how to do this.

These set was nice! Especially, for the price! It made my bday even better. Although, the number balloon bust while inflating it. I just went out and purchased another one! I loved everything about this backdrop.

I'm very satisfied with what I've received. I really like this decoration. As mentioned above,these beautiful decorations are very effective, easy to hang up, not difficult at all! Everything looks beautiful and of good quality!Good combination, looks very happy, everything is well packaged, there are many different decorations, they improve the standard of the elegance of our activities and festive atmosphere. Generally speaking,everything is perfect! I strongly recommend this set!

Missing letters. Did not come with all the Happy Birthday letters, have me extra letters that did not go with it! Very dissatisfied!!

Good quality took a few trys to find the opening on the numbers but once we figured it out everything was 👌and you really get a lot of pcs for the price.

Everything pictured was enclosed. The black streamers were a bit flimsy but great product!
