I particularly like the way springpost binders hold the pages with no wiggling or tearing of the papers at the point of binding as happens with loose-leaf binders. I would like these even better if the covers were of heavier material as the older, now unavailable National binders were. That would afford more protection because the binders could not lean or warp sitting on a shelf that is not completely filled. However, these seem to be functional and are the best I have found. I use them to archive all the documentation for investment transactions because one needs these when one later sells assets and has to be able to prove cost bases. I also use then to archive tax records and supplemental documentation.

It holds a lot of paper. But I just wish the covers would close down a bit more.

This unit should last a long time. It was very easy to install my vintage truck factory service manual into this binder. I think it is maybe 15 to 20 percent over-priced but in the end it's probably the best solution.

Excellent binder! I originally bought a d- ring binder and it was awful the pages kept slipping. I then replaced it with this binder, and it was a great purchase. This binder holds a lot of papers, and it is very sturdy, plus it looks great. It's easy to use as well. It's also so much more compact than the d-ring binders.

Excellent product. Stores paper more efficiently than a 3 rind binder.

I managed to squeeze a 2047 page document (double sided pages) into this 4inch binder. It's got 3- 4inch steel posts. It's very well built and exactly what I was looking for. I only fear that my document, which is regularly updated, might eventually outgrow this binder. Hopefully they'll sell a 5 or 6inch version by then.

We received this book yesterday via UPS. The box was damaged and so was the book that was in it. This book will be used for documents in a public office and it doesn't not look good to have a damaged product. What should I do about this?
