It was packed very well for transport and arrived in perfect condition. Goes very well in my new home an provides adequate space to display family treasures

Many of the glass panels were broken upon arrival and I had to go to the local glass store and pay to have them replaced. The long glass panes that are supposed to hold your china is too thin to hold much weight; I had to pay the local glass shop to double the thickness of the glass before I dare put any china plates on it. Some of the wood stain on the inside and outside of the china cabinet, which I have to look at every time I open the glass doors, doesn’t match the rest of the coloring…and it’s spotty…a little there, a little more over there, etc. The china cabinet doors are difficult to open and close and make my china shake every time I do…I’m terrified my china will break or get scratches because of this. Also, it’s not built with good quality wood and it is not very sturdy as a whole. It also doesn’t include an earthquake safety chord, and for once I would actually like to have one and I’d use it—not because I’m worried about earthquakes, but because of how unstable and unsteady the entire cabinet is! Also, the bottom shelf of the hutch, which is wood, not glass, does not have a groove to set plates upright on, as the glass shelves do. Very frustrating indeed!! I’d send it back for a refund , but how does one send back such a large piece of crappy furniture? How does one repack it? How does one get it to the ups store? As it is, I believe that I still deserve a refund or at least a partial refund, because it is not what was advertised, and the quality of the unit isn’t worth $200.00. I feel manipulated, taken advantage of, fleeced, and robbed. I could have and should have bought a china cabinet from a real local store; for what I payed for this piece of garbage, I could have gotten a much better piece of furniture. I will never again buy anything like this again from Amazon, and I’m getting to the point where I never want to buy anything from Amazon whether it’s furniture or a toothbrush. It’s all low quality dollar-store crap that I could have purchased for a better price at Walmart.

The parts on the top are bigger than the parts on the bottom. It looks horrible. It also came with a broken glass. The glass inside , was not able to stay fit , because the measures where calculated wrong.

Very nice for small dinning room

Sturdy (real wood) and relatively well built for the price: all in all, quite a good value. There are some inaccuracies in the short description, though: It doesn't have two drawers, but one large drawer disguised as two, and it is not "distressed". One would have also wished a better locking system for the doors. Finally, the lamp bulb went out after two or three week of very moderate use. We had to buy a replacement -- which is not that easy, since it is not a model that you can find in any hardware/electric store...In spite of these little cons, we are pleased with it: it looks good, has the right size, it is very solid, and has good storage capacity.

Nice unit and the photo is accurate. Although nicely packed both door glass panes were broken. Amazon gave a fair adjustment so I could buy glass locally. I’m not fond of online switches for the light, but that’s common in these cabinets. My wife loves it!
