It works
No need for mains power and batteries seem to last well in a downstairs loo.The ability to adjust the temperature is very useful too.

Disappointed, failed within first month
Item has failed less than 1 month from installation. Cut off/stop valve does not fully shut-off flow resulting in a continuous water flow (at low rate) from tap. Very unsatisfied as Seller and Amazon do not offer any refund or repair of this item as despite the fact that it was not delivered until 14 February, it was ordered on 13 January and therefore exceeds the 30 day return period. I am now £102 out of pocket and left with an item that doesn't work and cannot be returned for refund. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Nice tap
I gotit for our bathroom and I am so happy!It came in a nice and good box.It is a bit heavy but looks very sturdy and classic.One thing that stands out with this tap is that it is IR sensor which works pretty well and responds pretty quick.This is perfect for handfree. I can clean the sink much easier now.Overall, a very nice looking tap and it was very easy to fit!Very happy with this purchase, I would recommend!

Works well
Brought this tap as my dad who is becoming forgetful kept leaving the tap running.would purchase this again

Sensor is situated very high up and it’s range is very small,
Returned mine as not practical. Could be good if created with 2 version, one for the counter top sinks (which is this one) and another one for normal hand basins, as the sensor should be situated in the middle of the neck instead of very high up (creates a lot of water splash), with increased sensor range/field of work, and adjusting the timing to stop after hand is out of range.

Beautiful table top tap, heavy material and high quality: 5*
This tap arrived quickly and in good quality packaging. It is perfect for use in the bathroom, and if this is your first time installing a tap then I recommend you call a professional. It looks really great and beautiful, very modern and stylish as well. The silver is really food and there is a lot included with it to help you get started. I love the IR sensor on it, it responds quickly and lets out water. I highly recommend the look and the quality.

Tap doesn't work
This doesn't work with a tank fed system. Plumber was unable to get more than a few drops out of it.

Excellent.
This is absolutely a great quality considering the price its been sold for,It works great. Cold and hot water mixing lever on the side also ok. An adjustment option for the duration of the water flow after triggering would be nice.I am very pleased with this and very satisfied with the performance so far.
