OK 1st I like to read product reviews before I order anything. However I make my own decision by measuring the good with the bad. I hope this helps some of you ladies out there especially. If you know your body type and size then this should be easy. Example: I weight 200lbs I'm 5'7, I wear a size 12,13,and 14 lol depending on if the garment stretches etc. 38 D bra size. I went back & forth on whether this would fit me or not. After a week I finally ordered it. I figured for the price $15 if it didn't fit I would just give it to my neice. OK I saw some ladies post reviews & some pictures which really helped with my decision. I was like OK if some of these ladies can fit it then so could I. No offense I'm just sharing my thoughts. I've been exercising on my treadmill everyday 45 min 7 days a week. I was doing this before I ordered the sauna outfit. I wanted something to give me that extra push. I already sweat like crazy so I know this would help with the water weight part. I also ordered the sweet sweat waist trimmer. I got them both the same day. I put on the waist trimmer with the free sample gel then I put on the sauna outfit. I was sweating before I could put on my tennis shoes to get on my treadmill. OK great start. 1st day was good. Not to tight could move pretty good. But ladies the sauna outfit will stick to you because of the sweat so the 2nd day I put on a tank top. Then I thought your suppose to sweat so now I just wear a workout bra and panties underneath. Perfect. You will be soaking wet so I just get right in the shower. Ladies I'm telling you --- it works if you want a good sweat on. Oh and I do put on a tank top and sweat pant on top of my sauna outfit. I find that to work much better. I was shedding pounds before ordering it but now I'm really getting where I want to be. It's hard work --my motto no pain no gain. It's well worth it. I hope this was helpful to someone.

I am 5’5 and 145lbs. I bought a large & it fits like a glove. I sized up to make sure to fit torso. It’s true ... you sweat like you’re sitting in a sauna. Make sure you stay hydrated. I like to do yardwork wearing mine and on these hot summer days it’s a whole lot of sweating.

I can only speak for myself but this suit has proven to be durable with repeated use. Fits great and does just like they advertised. I am very happy with this purchase. You will sweat like crazy to the point it drips down your legs. I have already recommended this to all my friends.

I just recieved my ssauna suit and I am in love. I am 5'6 195 pounds and it fits great. Its not bodycon form fitting, but it is not baggy at all. To help other buyers I will include my body Mesg. My bust 38D, Waist 36, Hips 47 inches. I have had it on for only about 5 or 10 min. While walking around the house, I feel myself warming up and starting to sweat. So it is safe to say I am happy with my purchase.

I have had The suit for over 2 months, it is well put together, the material hasn't fallen apart, or loosen. I wear mines in the sauna to help detox the body. It's a one piece. I wish it was a two piece so i can go to the bathroom easier. I order a XL, im 5'6, 205lbs. Its easy to put on, i have lost a few lbs so it's not so tight on my thighs anymore.

These things work but if you have small shoulders getting the right size is impossible, the larger you go the looser it is in upper body. If you have extra weight in tummy and chest area is best to buy two sizes up and have someone who can help remove it so it actually fits tight in shoulders. Thankfully I had a smaller size already to squeeze into, had to return this one.

l have worn mine twice so far but not to workout in as yet...I have put this on under my attire on Saturdays while I run around and do errands and BOY do I sweat...?!?!? I can literally feel the sweat draining down my back and legs...but all under the suit. I am able to move around quite freely in mine and it is not tight to the point where I feel restricted at all...the sound I hear more when I have it on by itself but becomes muffled once u put clothing on over it. AGAIN! LOVE IT!!!!!
