This flask is so useful in the winter days, retains hot water for more than 24hours, I love it. Even useful during summer for cold water. A very good product

Bought this for my hotchocolate station, for the price I wasn't expecting it to b great in comparison to others , but when at home all day I also use it for all hot drinks, I boil Kettle twice in morning (saving me money !!!) Normally i boil 5 or 6 times a day for my drinks !! I get 3 litres of hot water .... And it stays hot for 9-10 hours... I've had this around a month, at the start it lost its heat after 4 hours, then I realised its because of the lock button, if the leave rhe lock button open it loses heat... Cos every Time I lock it , it now does double the time!! Any way love this and such a bargain!

I’m very impressed, was used yesterday for an event, water was added at 15,00, this morning at 06,30 the water was still steaming and perfect for my morning coffee.

I was impressed with this product at the beginning, but over time it became a real disappointment. After about 4–5 months of use, the heating time gradually reduced, and now it barely lasts for an hour. I even stopped using it during the summer, hoping it would perform better when I tried again, but the issue remained. On top of that, there’s no warranty or support, which makes the experience even more frustrating. Overall, it started promising but turned out to be unreliable.
