RED HEART Gumdrop Yarn, Blueberry

I really like the colors. My biggest issue is that out of 3 skeins all 3 had breaks with thevends knotted together. One of mine had 2 seperate breaks. It is very soft which causes it to be smooth which can be difficult to work with until you get used to it.

I love, love, love this yarn! I crochet a lot of blankets and stuffed toys, and the softness and gorgeous colors just give the finished product a special look and feel. The yarn is smooth so it crochets easily, and I have had no issues with finding a frustrating "clump" of yarn hidden inside like so many other brands I have used. It washes beautifully, and my treasures come out even softer than before with absolutely no color fading.The only thing close to a negative would be the size of the skein. Because they are smaller than the usual ones I buy, I find I need more to finish a project and it can add to the cost. Despite that, the quality and overall look of this yarn makes it well worth it.

I am impressed with this yarn and the vibrancy in color. I would have given 5 stars but I was very disappointed in the size of the skeins. I had searched for 'supersize'. This is not a RedHeart issue, this is an Amazon issue. I'm am impressed enough with the yarn that I ordered 4 more so I can complete the project I'm working on.

I'm not usually a fan of acrylic yarn because of it being scratchy but that's not the case with this yarn. It's really soft and is lightweight. It would be a good yarn to make baby things out of. I love the colors, too. If you're buying this one for color pooling, be prepared for a challenge. The grey color run is long but the others are very short-enough for one stitch so it's hard to make it work. But I like it fine "non-pooled." Really cute!

I ordered 3 skeins of this yarn in Cherry to make a baby blanket for a friend’s new grandchild. I didn’t expect them to be quite this small. I’m probably going to have to order more to finish the project but I will definitely use this yarn again! It’s so soft and the colors are so vibrant.

Disliked that this yarn is hard to get due to the pandemic and the sellers are charging almost twice the price.

I am making a baby blanket with this and I love the colors. I have also made one in the purple color and it was beautiful for my great granddaughter. The yarn is soft and easy to crochet. It doesn't snarl and snag because it doesn't have that annoying extra fuzz. I will be using the orange color next. You could actually make the blankets in each color and they would look good together since the colors match so well.

Lovely wool to knit with, soft and knits up quickly. I ordered the yellow and it was brighter than I thought but looks great once knitted. Delivery takes a little while because it comes from America.

Love this yarn - the colour changes are perfect; not too overwhelming but bright and cheerful and the yarn is soft and easy to work with.
