First time use review. Seem legit for the price. Sturdy, comfortable foam, good build. I like the safety locks on the latch. Time will tell but good first use.

Bye far the most well build Boot I have ever had. Honestly, padding is the thickest out there and I have owned them all.

I have been looking for a pair of anti gravity boots for some time now to elevate my abdominal workouts. I tried on a few that cost over $80 and these are very similar in fit and quality for half the price. More recently I was on a boat and hurt my lower back which accelerated my need for these boots. They just arrived today and after (2) 3 minute sessions of hanging upside down, my back feels much better than even taking muscle relaxers. After a few days of this I will try doing some workouts but so far, so good. I am 5’-7” and they fit perfectly. I can see people with skinny calf’s and ankles would need an extra pair of thick socks. These boots leave no pain and are very comfortable especially for the money. I just built a 1” O.D. Pull up bar in my back yard and the clips fit nicely but I wouldn’t recommend using these boots on a much thicker bar.

Great product! I love using these to hang upside down and stretch, usually after an intense workout. Fits good.

You read that right. I used these boots for 3 days after suffering from 3 slipped discs for 3 months. Within 3 day (5 minutes each hang) my slipped discs did not hurt anymore. I was back to running, muay thai, and kayaking without pain. Did it "cure" the problem? Who FN knows. All I know is that my back does not hurt anymore. I trust these and highly recommend them to anyone with back issues.

The boots are too large and not adjustable. They slide along my shins and cause a lot of pain/pressure on my heels and feet. The foam also compresses very quickly, it is not sturdy enough.

I’ve been using these for a bout two weeks and I’m now up to 2:30 3 times a day. Whilst there is no pain, there is a relative amount of discomfort but I think that is probably more to do with hanging from your ankles, rather than the boot itself. As time goes on, the duration I can dangle for increases but the discomfort remains. I think it’s just something you get used to. Worth a try and something I will persevere with.
