With the holidays around the corner, travel is inevitable, and I am always on the search for products to ease the stress of traveling, and I am so thankful for Blue Hills Corp’s Airplane Compact Large Blanket 2 in 1 Combo. This unique travel blanket comes in an assortment of colors, is super lush and soft, folds up compact and fits in a cute travel case that doubles as a pillow! This is the most innovative blanket I have ever encountered, with a band specifically for placing on the suitcase handle, and a clip that can be used to secure it to a backpack or tote. This blanket is not only durable and machine washable, but is also huge, at 60” x 43” which is perfect for those airplane naps.

This was a gift for a friend who is going to be traveling in different parts of the world. She loves it. It is nice and soft, but still thick enough to keep you warm warmer on a cold flight. It’s so easy to use and folding up into a pillow just wonderful for airplanes.

I did a lot of research before buying this travel blanket, and read a lot of reviews. I was optimistic that the blanket would meet my needs, which were a lightweight, soft, reasonably sized blanket that would take up little room in my carry-on. I was impressed by the softness and thought the blankets were appropriately sized (I'm 5'7"). At my height, the blankets will cover from ankle to shoulder easily. The blanket isn't thick, but I'm content with the idea that it'll ward off chill but not save a person from hypothermia. The colors (red and blue) were vibrant, and when I washed them the blankets did not shed at all. I managed to repack them easily, but I think trying to repack neatly on a plane would be cumbersome due to restricted space. I expected that, so it wasn't an issue for me. The end packet was moderate in size, not tiny but not too large that it would be difficult to slip into a carry-on. I'll be slipping it onto the handle of my suitcase, and clipping it to the outside of my carry-on. Some reviewers thought the carabiner was flimsy, and I have to agree that it is small (around 1.5") and not sturdy. Not an issue for me, carabiners are very inexpensive, so I'll just replace it with a 3" ring. Bottom line: it's a great travel blanket, sufficient to ward off the chill and lightweight.

I got this when planning a trip to South America. This was super soft and comfortable to use in the airplane (I clipped it to the outside of my backpack and had no issues with it hanging off at the security checkpoints). It also came in handy on longer bus and trail rides. I loved that it could be used as a pillow or a blanket.

Update 8/27/24The company reached out and offered me a replacement due to my dissatisfaction. I wish I could show you the clear difference between the two blankets I received but it doesn’t translate on camera. I can say confidently that the second blanket must be the one truest to the description the brand described. It was EXTREMELY LUXURIOUS and plush omg. This second blanket collected no lint or fur, I was so impressed I actually gifted it to my mom. Somehow it was lighter but still the same size as blanket number 1. I will purchase again and hope I get blanket 2 instead of blanket one. But I’m telling you with the quality blanket I received the second time around it’s worth the risk 😂———I’ll give it two stars because of the quality and thickness. But I am disappointed but the size, weight and the fact that this picks up EVERYTHING. Every sliver of lint or hair makes it very annoying. I’ll try another blanket this one just isn’t for me

This travel pillow and blanket are a great set. The blanket is a good size and very soft. It's easy to get in the case. It can be fit over a handle or hooked to a bag. Perfect for a spare in the car or a guest room.

Really liked this for when I went camping or went out on trips. This fuzzy blanket is nice for cold temperatures while in a different location. It’s not too thick and the texture doesn’t bug me when I’m sleeping. The strap is supposed to go on a suitcase handle and works well to keep track of it. When stuffed with the blanket, the case works as a great pillow to use on the go. If you do decide you want a travel blanket, this is the one I recommend.

Wow this is a soft throw, perfect for home and travel. Was not disappointed. I would suggest to but. Can be use as pillow that how soft it is. 100% and it's not heavy too.
