Super comfy--leaves marks
I like lots of things about these headphones. I sleep better with noise-cancelling tech, and I've tried several different styles of headphones over the past two years. These are BY FAR the most comfortable. The battery lasts me two nights. The sound isn't great, but I'm not trying to listen to concerts through them. The headband is a little on the large side but I have a lot of curly hair & wear a sleep scarf to bed so that's a good thing for me.However. They leave black ink everywhere. EVERYWHERE. It's been two months, I've hand washed them, and they're still leaving marks on my pillow. I took them to a hotel and it looked like I'd used the white pillowcase to mop up a broken pen or something. My partner and I had some personal time the other night, he ended up accidentally laying on the headphones and there was ink smudged ON HIS BACK. But on the other hand, they still worked despite being under someone for *ahem*, so that's a plus.So I guess I'd recommend you buy them if you have dark sheets and a darker complexion.

They get the job done. That battery life, though!
The sound is very middle of the road if a bit below. It's fine for the rain sounds I use to fall asleep, but it's not something I'd use to listen to music. There seems to be some compression or static in the connection. It also disconnects if sounds stop playing only to reconnect about five seconds later. The volume is lacking, but the "volume-at-max" sound it makes is super loud and ear-piercing. It's also pretty fiddley to get the drivers in the right place, especially if you toss and turn like I do. It also almost seems too big.For what I use it for, it works well, but I wish these were more competent as general-use headphones. The battery life is top notch though, much better than any of my wireless headphones. I like how the material is light, stretchy, and breathable. Very pleasant to wear as a blindfold, even as a side-sleeper! Samsung SoundAlive definitely helps with the lackluster sound, so if you have a Galaxy or Note, you're a bit better off quality-wise.

Dont waste you're money
In case you didn't notice, literally every sleep headphone that is available on Amazon is the same crap product reconfiguree slightly by some other manufacturer. Perhaps even the same manufacturer. I'm on my second attempt and these are the same horrendous quality, the same controls and headphones stuck in a differently sewn piece of fabric and it's all crap! Is there really no market for these? I would glad to play $100+ for quality pair that would last

Amazing product
I have struggled with insomnia for years - ever since I was a child, really. I’ve tried every medication possible as well as most natural remedies. Nothing has ever worked for me. Using these headphones, paired with a sleep app on my phone, has me falling asleep within 30 minutes and generally staying asleep through the night! They’re super comfortable and easy to use! I’ve had this product for about 2 weeks now and it’s honestly just about the best $20 I’ve ever spent! 10/10 would recommend!

Good Sound, But Not Colorfast
Sound is fine, but be aware, the fabric on this headband is not colorfast. It leaves marks on your pillow if you use it while sleeping, and I do not use anything on my hair. I washed it, still smeared. When I hand washed in Woolite w/oxi cleaner, the container I washed it in turned black/grey even after doing it 3 times after using fresh Woolite until the black water was clear. Even after that, it stained the pillowcase again. So I hand washed again and the water was as black/grey the next time. It is a real hassle to snake the wires and controller out and especially back in each time.

Good Value and an Inexpensive Alternative to SleepPhones
My first set of sleep headphones was from SleepPhones and I liked them a lot. The band was a tad tight, but the speakers were comfortable and the sound a battery life were great. But I misplaced them and was getting ready to buy another pair, but spending another $100 was making me hesitate. Then I saw these sleep headphones and I had no problem throwing $20 to see how they worked out.I've been using them for a bit now and I'm pleasantly surprised. The band is more comfortable than my SleepPhones, and the sound and battery life is comparable. The speakers themselves, however, are smaller and thicker than the competition. I'm a side sleeper and the speakers can become uncomfortable. Also, the placement of the battery pack/controls digs into my forehead a bit. It's not enough to keep me from falling and staying asleep, and it's not constant, but it's enough to mention. That said, I'm happy with my purchase and I think $20 is a great value for the product. It's possible that one of the other JARVANIA products may be a better fit for me since this one can also be used as a sports headband and isn't dedicated to sleep alone.Still, for $20, it's definitely worth trying out, especially if you're looking at the more pricey SleepPhones by AcousticSheep.

Amazing for the price
My friend had a more expensive set, but I have a tendency to lose things, so I generally get myself cheaper items. I saw these on Amazon, saw the ratings, and thought to give them a try. They don't block out all outside sound, but given that I wear them while walking, I want to be able to hear cars and other hazards. They're not audible enough for others around me to hear the music. The sound quality is not the best, but I wasn't expecting Sennheiser. They're convenient to take on travel and I also got an unexpected phone call while wearing them and was able to easily answer the phone and talk while out on my walk. I wish the charge cable was longer, but that's a minor thing. All in all, these are exactly what I needed.
