broken machine
Hi there seems to be an issue with something freezing up and water going everwere. i have had a search on google and it list a number of faults it could be. I dont want a refund as i am happy with the machine i would like to exchange it if possible.Kind regardsMick Ekins

borderline useless!!
Well this dehumidifier on its 35% RH setting takes the humidity in a tent down from 68% - 56%, like i said its borderline useless. The only benefit it holds over a cheaper and working dehumidifier is that it produces a lot less heat, but that doesn't make up for the fact that it doesn't do the job it's supposed to do. Do yourself a favor and buy one for half the price, it'll do a better job!!
