Can someone please post the ingredients, thanks!

The product: Berberine, by Swanson Vitamins has only the berberine root in it. Check Swanson Vitamins web page for this product also. But I would not take berberine. And as I said in another review for berberine by another company: "Before anyone takes berberine they should know that it can cause DNA damage, which can cause abnormal growth of cells in the pancreas which may grow into the ducts and cause pancreatitis or turn into precancerous tumors over a long period of time. Mainstream research has also found that berberine has a significant impact on the liver and can prevent the proper elimination of drugs because of preventing several important enzymes (P450 cytochomes) that the body uses to eliminate them. These drugs will then build up to toxic levels...It has also been observed that berberine will reduce muscle mass and one has to lift weights in order to prevent this. Do a "Google search" for: "Berberine Toxicity" for more of berberine's toxic effects."

Does anyone know the difference between this and berberine hcl?

Label says 400 mg Berberine HCL (hcl and HCL are the same)
