Great except for the sleeve
The rubber on the inside of the sleeve was a bad idea. Torn after a couple of runs (I always take it off when washing the bottle). I don't live in a particularly cold climate so I don't really need the sleeve for insulation and will continue to use the bottle without it but the older Amphipod sleeve was better. Other than that, a great product – the new valve works, no leaking, easy to use, easy to hold, best option for long runs for me, as I cannot stand a a belt and a vest feels cumbersome on my chest, especially in hot weather.

I prefer the older models
I've used these ~20 oz Amphipod bottles for many years. I've always had good luck with them until eventually the rubber strap breaks. They lasted long enough (probably 3-4 years each) so I was ok with that. This newest one has the valve that you just squeeze to get water out (no push-pull cap). I like it for drinking, but it doesn't seem to suck enough air back into the bottle after squeezing water out. So I start with the strap tightened right and as I continue to run and drink, the bottle just stays squished. It makes me have to retighten the strap on the run, but more importantly makes the bottle less comfortable in the hand. I find myself unscrewing the cap while I run just so it will re-inflate fully. Also for some unknown reason, the inside of this bottle has really stunk from the moment it arrived in the box. I have no idea why and I want to believe it is just this one, not the whole manufacturing line. I've cleaned thoroughly, soaked in vinegar, etc but it still stinks inside. Filled with water, you don't notice, and drinking from it doesn't make me sick. It just stinks for some reason.I still like the amphipod design for running, and it's served me well for many years. I just don't like this current model. I switched to another brand for the time being. The same thing happens with running shoes every now and then...you just get a bad model thrown in there every now and then. On the bright side, I was able to use the insulation sleeve from this Amphipod and put it on the other brand bottle. So it's not a total loss. I'll just have this bottle for backup, if I can figure out how to un-stink it anyway.

Great water bottle if you don't mind carrying one
I have been a runner for over 10 years. For that entire time my hydration method of choice has been bottles that clip to my running belt. As they only hold 10 oz of water, so I decided I wanted to try a handheld bottle. I love the fell of this bottle. Fits my hand nicely and doesn't feel uncomfortable. The opening is HUGE which is great if you need to refill mid-run or mid-race. The quality is very good. For me, I just find if you haven't been used to carrying a bottle that it can get heavy. I find myself switching arms multiple time mid run. If I stick with it, I'm sure I'll get used to it. As far as the product goes, I give it 5 starts and would recommend it to anyone who wants to carry a water bottle.

Good for long runs
I use this on my long runs of 10 or more miles. Only complaint is that the last few drinks are kind of hard to get out. No leaking problems. The insulater works well if you add ice and it keeps your hand from being too cold on winter runs.

Works as advertised!!
Easy to hold while running or easy to pick up off the tread.

Love this! Perfect for short hot runs.
I needed a water bottle for running in Florida summers and this one was well reivewed. I was worried about holding it, but you get used to it. Leaks a bit if top isn't on just so, likely user error. I like it a lot, tho I wish it was insulated and also that you could see how far the water is up when filling. Still...5 stars for me.

Good bottle, not insulated tho
Good bottle, fits awesome in the hand and does not move around at all. I would NOT say that it is thermally insulated........ at least not very well. I can fill it full to the top with ice and the rest with water and the water is no longer cold by mile 3. I know that might be too critical but they put it in the title which made me feel like I was mislead.

This runners bottle is easy to use.
I have run 50 marathons in the last decade. I use a run/walk method popularized by Galloway. I prefer to carry my water. The Amphipod bottle has an ergonomic shape the makes it easy to carry. Your hand slips behind the cover so you have to grip it hard. The large opening is especially beneficial. When I need to refill at a water stop, I can open it as I approach and easily get it refilled. I take it with me on all my practice runs. It’s great.

Perfect for Training
Perfect size for using for marathon training. Feels very light and we'll shaped to sit naturally in my hand without needing to grip it. Hardly even notice it's there. Also handy pocket that can fit 3-4 gels.

La botella es de 12 oz no 20 oz.
El anuncio dice que la botella es 20 oz pero al llegar solo es 12 oz. Yo quiero la botella de 20 oz. Aparte todo es como se menciona.
