Quality
We purchased to use on the upgraded version of the Harbor freight tamper. Had to do a little alteration but wasn't difficult and works well.

Bon produit
Je préfère utiliser une plaque au Teflon mais n'ayant en en trouver, j'ai opté pour ce produit. J'ai ajuster les trous et la grandeur à mon compacteur aisément. Puisqu'il a rempli sa mission, je lui donne 5 étoiles.

The materials are sturdy, as expected. You may have to modify it to fit other tool which is fair.

Harbor Freight plate compactor
Mounting this pad to a Harbor Freight plate compactor wasn't as straight forward as I'd hoped. I just bought a tap/bit combo and some 5/16" 1"long bolts, lock washers from HD. Drilled holes and tapped into the front edge of the plate as shown in the pictures. I used medium strength locklite on the threads. Worked great on about 600 ft2 of pavers during the final compaction and poly sand installation steps. Pad looks to still be in descent condition. I only secured the front edge and it seemed to work fine.
