I like this product because its convenient to take probiotics and enzymes together. Am not sure if it has enough of each ingredient. Reason why I omitted one star is because it took a long time to arrive. However this place has the cheapest price and the shipping was free...about $19.95 total.Retail is about $29.95 and most amazon products incur shipping charges. I will continue to buy this product. Also, for big meals I use a product with higher amounts of enzymes...called DIGEST GOLD by Enzymedica. Also I use RAW PROBIOTICS from GARDEN OF LIFE, called WOMEN 50 AND WISER...NOT THE VITAMIN CODE ONE WITH A SIMILAR NAME, also by Garden of Life. I also use various Kumbucha drinks for probiotics.DIGESTIVE HEALTH by EMERALD's list of ingredients is hard to read. Would be easier if they listed them in veritical order, one per line and bigger letters, but with my glasses and magnifying glass, (both) I can read it with difficulty. Still dont know if the amounts are enough or not.

I struggled with IBS-D and heartburn for YEARS now (IBS-D actually since my childhood) and this product helps tremendously! Even in the morning, after I get up, I don't have heartburn anymore and I can eat basically what I want, without getting the runs 5 minutes later! One time I spent more time in the bathroom than at the dinner table in a restaurant. I take 2 capsules after every meal and I'm fine. For me it took about 4 weeks to REALLY REALLY work, so give it time! It's a wonderful feeling to wake up in the morning without heartburn! I get the capsules delivered every month and I don't want to be without it anymore! It's a great product and I think people suffering from IBS or heartburn should absolutely give it a try! I'm very glad I found it!

I am gluten sensitive and even though I avoid it, this helps my body absorb the nutrients better.

I have suffered from heart burn for many years and started taking this to help with overall digestion. It has helped my heart burn a lot, and my overall digestion. I sometimes forget to take it when I eat, and I can usually tell a few hours later because I get bloated and uncomfortable, like I did before I started taking it. I am going to keep going with this because I just feel better on it :)

I am only giving this a few stars because I am truly afraid, they lost their potency being shipped by Amazon/ UPS truck.... They arrived hot and It says store in cool dry place. I am not sure if even ordering from the company would help, unless you specifed ship fedex. My husband works for UPS, so I am not knocking them...but just stating the obvious... maybe it is not quite smart to order vitamins online???????

I have been trying digestive enzyme one after another for my Candia & IBS problem.It gave me dramatic change a week later or so,but was short live.>1 week later - My long suffering sloppy BM became normal.>2 week later - Good things were fading away.>3 week later - No good result.>4 week later - No good and I gave up.I suspect it contains SBO (soil based), it made a big change then faded away soon after.There are no specific probiotic strains listed. If there is a grey area in the ingredients, it is better to stay away.It contain FOS(Conflicts in Research), and that is another reason to avoid.I don't want to take it any more.

Emerald Labs is a leader in vitamin supplements. Everything they make is superior. This company cares about our health! I'll be a buyer for life!

These enzymes work great. They really help with dairy and gluten issues, also firm up the stool. I used them as I weaned myself off of gluten and dairy. I only take occasionally if I eat a hamburger or something heavy.
