Not for me
It's too sweet for me, I didn't like the taste and it gives me an instant stomachache. I hate wasting food/money so I do half and half with another meal replacement to fix the flavor. I still get the stomachache though...

VEGAN KETO formula
This is not an optimal supplement to maintain muscle on a keto diet. This is a vegan formula using pea protein as its protein source and coconut fat as the fatty fuel source. All vegan products are somewhat higher in carbs. This formula shows 9 grams of protein with 9 grams of carbs. The carbs are too high here. Not surprising because it contains no animal sources. Animal source proteins and fats are vastly superior muscle gainers. If you are vegan this will most likely be a good choice. If you are not vegan , I would look elsewhere. 3 stars

Great plant based meal replacement
I have to start by saying that I do not follow a Keto diet. I eat plant based and that is the reason I ordered this. With my busy lifestyle I’ve found t really difficult to consume the amount of calories and nutrients I need and this looked like a great option for a quick meal.I was surprised at the serving size for this, 5 scoops. There are only about 10 servings per container, so in theory, this would last me less than two weeks. The cost of this is high and I don’t think it’s something I would regularly purchase.I am thoroughly impressed with the ingredient list on this. Like I said, I don’t know about a keto diet but this is an AMAZING plant based/ vegan product (if only I could afford it).I originally tried using this by adding the 5 scoops to a glass of almond milk. I found that this was NOT the best way and the powder immediately forms into lumps that don’t go away no matter how much you stir (see last picture). I ended up chewing my way through most of this before ultimately dumping the rest in the sink. Then I tried it in a smoothie with much better results and this is how I’ve continued to use it.I really like the flavor in this. For all the greenery listed in the ingredients I thought it would have a much stronger spinach/kale flavor, and I was so glad it only has very light notes of those ingredients. Of all the protein powders I’ve tried, I think it most similarly resembles hemp protein in flavor but does not come off as strong. It is also a little sweet which I prefer (stevia extract) and contains 4g sugar.Mixing this in smoothies has been very effective. It does not clump when used in a blender. It does have the slightest texture when you drink it, not chalky or grainy but you know it’s there.I have made smoothies with this for my daughter and she loves them, so it’s a win in my book.

You want to mask the taste, but it has a great mix of healthy ingredients
I’d recommend trying to disguise the taste when choosing how to consume this powder. It has a lot of good ingredients for smoothies, so that’s my preferred method of use. It’s kind of hard to get 5 tbsp into one drink, though. But it’s helped me kick off my post-pregnancy diet. I don’t do the keto diet, but greens are good for everybody. Since I add it to other ingredients, I can’t really speak to how well it controls hunger, but I usually add it to a shake for breakfast then sometimes later in the day for a snack. I feel much better than when I was eating junk all the time. I have more energy and my gut feels so much better.I think this product is good for anyone who wants to get healthier to use. It contains the same ingredients found in a lot of those $4 smoothies you buy at the grocery store. I would, however, recommend using it in a smoothie rather than pure liquid to make it more palatable. . .

Taste's Like Pea
I enjoy vegetable protein sources for the health benefits, but there is nothing in that category as neutral in flavor as dairy whey. After tasting this meal replacement, I immediately suspected pea protein was in it and checked the ingredients. It is there, and it dominates the flavor. Still, the flavor is otherwise unoffensive, so it is something I can live with. I feel good drinking this meal replacement compared to just using protein powder. It has the fat needed to maintain energy. These protein+fat types of meal replacements are usually geared toward keto dieters, which I do sometimes. In that respect, I think it could be worked in, but there are other meal replacements that fit the low net carbs of a keto diet more easily.I do like this meal replacement, even if it is a little gross. I would consider buying it again on sale.

Low carb mix that ain’t terrible
Howdy there folks,This here is a meal replacement that’s keto friendly. It sports low carbs and is a good way to supplement yourself on the go instead of going to a fast food joint.I’m not on a keto diet but I am keeping my carbs lower than usual to help fight off some stress weight I’ve accumulated lately. This mix tastes well and helps curb my appetite when I’m feeling like I’m about to make a poor choice on food.It mixes well with a blender bottle if you’re out and about, and is easily packable.I put a scoop of two depending on how much I’m needing into a sandwich baggie and then dump it in some water at work. Easy and mess free.If you’re looking to get in better shape and properly count macros this is a good meal replacement to reach some stubborn goals.

Not great for keto but good as Vegan meal replacement
It’s a plant based food replacement that is vegan and supposedly keto friendly. It has 9 net carbs, which is actually kind of high especially before you add any other ingredients. I can’t really use this for what it was intended because I’m on a keto diet and it has too many carbs. I like to add some fruit and other things to my smoothies and by the time you are done, you have blown your carb maximum for the day so it’s not ideal. It would probably be okay if you just need a meal replacement and are vegan. It has a strong green taste to it which I’m fine with but it turns some people off so just be aware of that and it is a green color because it is a pea protein base.
