I needed a new duvet cover that didn't show dog hair. Seriously, my dog refuses to sleep anywhere but the bed and my bright white duvet covers showed every single russet colored hair. I needed something to hide that so I could safely ignore its existence between weekend laundry rotations.(It's okay to judge me, I get it. Other dog people understand my dilemma.)Anyway, I liked the pattern on this one, liked the idea of a zipper instead of buttons since I hate sewing them back on, and liked that it had ties inside for the duvet (so many don't nowadays). It came quickly and had no weird smell. I washed them first and then measured them. No shrinkage, which is excellent. When I made the bed with them I was really pleased. The pattern is bright enough to be cheerful and make the room seem more open, but not so much that it brings chaos. Also, it does hide dog hair.I've had it for several weeks, so the set has been through the laundry many times and so far, it washes and dries well. No weak seams or zipper problems or shrinkage at all. All in all, I'd say this set is a real bargain and well worth it.

I’ve had many duvets to protect my down comforters over the years and this ranks right up at the top for construction and fit. The white base navy floral pattern is beautiful. It’s simple and has a fresh crisp updated look. It was several inches smaller then my comforter but this is a good thing. It plumps up the comforter, minimizes comforter shift and there is no excess fabric hanging off the edges of the comforter. The duvet I had previously purchased from a high end company for this comforter had serious shifting and fabric overhang.After machine wash and dry, there was little wrinkling, no shrinkage and looked great without ironing. Most of the duvets I’ve had used button closures. This duvet has a hidden zipper which I prefer because the comforter doesn’t partially work out of the closure between the buttons. It also has a tie in inside each corner to secure the comforter. It has a smooth finish but it is not sateen which is good because it doesn’t slide around and stays in place on the mattress.

It fits the bed. the color matched. i have washed it with Clorox a few times already and it still hold up great. it is soft. My only complaint is that i ordered a queen duvet insert and this cover is abut 2 inches larger that the insert. i really dont link that.

Much better quality than I was expecting. Looks great. Nice thick fabric. I haven’t washed it yet, so I can’t talk about shrinkage. But so far I’m very pleased.

I had been looking for a quite a while for a nice duvet to place over my down comforter. There either solid colors or paisley colors that bold and loud when you walk into a room. As I was Christmas shopping on Amazon is when I came across this find. Hey, FYI the wish list is a great feature on Amazon.I'm not going to lie I was a bit skeptical at first, I loved the pattern and I was praying the color would be as beautiful as it was on my computer screen. Lucky for me I ordered it early just in case I hate it, I could return it before the holiday rush. When it arrived I was blown away. It was everything I hoped it would look like, a beautiful damask rich color scheme.The plushness comes with the thickness of the comforter and the treading of the duvet. It took hours of ironing to give it that smooth look. I spruced it up with using an additional pillow in the sham pillowcase and for the other pillow used a silk pillowcase. I love being in my bed and I have told others... NO SEATING ON MY BED. LOL

This duvet set is really pretty, and of excellent quality with a nice sateen sheen to it. It is soft and comfortable, yet with a good thread count, and fabric worth well beyond the price. I had purchased a duvet set at Ballard Designs prior to finding this one, and that set was 3xs the cost of this one. It was sent back due to rough, scratchy and poor quality fabric. I'm not crazy about the striped underside on this set, but overall I would definitely recommend this beautiful duvet and shams to anyone looking for quality at an incredible price point.

1. Colors are muted, not like pic. Could be monitor, but no problem with other items.2. Smelled horrible out of package, and rough to touch. Quick wash should fix that, right?3. Wrinkled like a mummy's skin. Description said no ironing, cool iron IF needed. Bull, this needs liquid starch to look good. Had to think hard if I'd be willing to iron or pay to have laundered. Maybe..but4. It is Rough. It is not silky soft, it isn't strokable or nice to rub. I know weave matters, but these feel like the OLD OLD 200 thread count sheets. There is no way this duvet is going to give a good louging, reading, captivating book reading, or cuddly sleeping experience. This is going to snag your stubble. There is only one answer: They've used a gorgeous print on inferior textile and hope enough people will overlook it. Not I.5. I can get my money back from Amazon, but I will never forgive this company. I searched for two years before I bought this. The print reminds me of a set from our Thanksgiving beach vacation villa..and I'd already painted my headboard and side tables in anticipation of this arrival. I am disappointed and angry.
