I bought this to assist with healing on an injury as it was required by my chiropractor.The ball was easy to inflate with the provided pump. It does take a day or two until the ball is actually able to be used, as you need to inflate it most of the way and then wait a day and then inflate it the rest of the way until full. I did find that I got an even better result after the third time inflating the ball.It is made of durable materials and i find it very comfortable.I am 169cm and I ordered the 65cm, which is the correct size for me.

I’m 37 weeks pregnant and have suffered badly with SPD and tailbone pain from early pregnancy & I wish I’d have bought this sooner! So comfy to sit on & stops the pain for me, also helpful during braxton hicks! Will 100% use in labour (hospital one) easy to inflate and really durable. Make sure you buy the right one for your height I think that’s where people go wrong. Can’t recommend enough though!

Bought for my mum of 76yrs after her knee replacement, cant recommend this highly enough as she uses everyday as part of her physio, she has only gotten stronger by using this and nows does not need a walking stick, four months on. Have no doubts in purchasing this if you need it.

Our gym ball arrived promptly and inflated well, though I did use an electric pump we already had. It would have taken a long time had I used the hand pump provided. It is very sturdy and comfortable and is used in a daily basis by my daughter to ease her sensory needs, which it does brilliantly!

Ho acquistato questa fitball al quarto mese di gravidanza, ora sono all'ottavo, sotto consiglio delle fantastiche ostetriche del corso preparto. Ero titubante all'inizio, ma niente, io ragazze me ne sono innamorata subito appena l'ho provata!Sono alta 1.80 e ho preso la misura più grande 75cm, perché una volta sedute l'angolo che si forma con la gamba deve arrivare a circa 90gradi (quindi angolo retto).Se non la si usa per giorni tende a sgonfiarsi lievemente, ma con la pratica pompetta è un attimo che ritorni alla forma che si desidera, basta farci delle prove sedendoci su e riempiendola d'aria con grinta.Come ho scritto nel titolo, seguendo semplicissimi esercizi di rotazione del bacino, ogni volta che ne avevo bisogno, mi ci sedevo e spariva il mal di schiena e ancora non ci credo che manca un mese alla nascita e non ho mai avuto contratture o dolori (soffro di sciatica da 15 anni, da quando l'ho scoperta la uso anche come seduta per stare a tavola perché rende anche più corretta la postura)È un materiale molto resistente e compatto, non da segni di cedimento, la uso tutti i giorni in ufficio e a casa. Posso assicurare che oltre al mio peso, sono cresciuta 9kg e mi tiene senza problemi.Visto il giusto rapporto qualità prezzo, la consiglio caldamente anche a chi non è in gravidanza, se l'avessi scoperta prima forse non avrei patito i miei dolori.Mi è stata consigliata anche durante l'allattamento, mi servirà a mantenere una giusta postura e a cullarlo mentre sta al seno.Consigliatissima!!!

Acheté pour faire des exercices vu avec un kiné.Le ballon correspond à mes attentes et semble résistant.Pas d'odeur, pas collant, ne se dégonfle pas.Pompe fournie. Il vous faudra un bon moment pour gonfler. Pour ma part j'ai pu adapter une souffleuse pour que se soit plus rapide. Il est fourni également 2 embouts pour boucher le trou de gonflage et un petit outil pour les ôter facilement.Existe en plusieurs couleurs et tailles.Tarif dans la moyenne (22€ à la rédaction de ce commentaire).Bon produit.

Me pedí la de 55cm y me viene bien de tamaño , yo mido 1,57. Llego bastante pronto,viene con el inflador ,dos tapones y un gancho para quitar el tapón.hace un poco de ruido pero se ve de buen material.
