MAG-OX TAB 400MG 60Tablets

Have had trouble going to the bathroom my whole life. A nutritionist suggested Mag-Ox and I was very skeptical because regular magnesium never worked for me. This product worked beyond my expectations and helps me stay regular.

The box indicates that this is the "most concentrated form of" Magnesium. If you look on the back under "Supplement Facts," you would think, "Oh, yes, it is twice as strong as the other brands," because you see the amount of magnesium per serving is 482.6. Most Magnesium Oxide is just 241.3 mg. of magnesium. The problem is MagOx is talking about a serving being two pills, as opposed to just one pill. To me, this is false advertising and I will not be wasting my money on this again.

When I started taking this supplement my head itched terribly. I stopped it thinking it could be something else. The itching stopped. I restarted again, same thing happened. It could be something in it that I was allergic to.
