Only been using this case for a few weeks it’ll charge my iPhone 7+ twice, down side it takes all night to get the case changed to a 100% and I don’t think it’ll stop charging your phone until you push the power bouton again.(Update) it’s been a few months now case is still holding up good once the only down side that I’ve found is even after your phone 100% case doesn’t shut off so it’ll run the case dead faster. But if you shut it off when your phone is 95% charged you’re good to goUpdate: 18 months later and the change isn’t lasting as well so I’m ordering another still a 5 star case

Don’t waste your money. Did not work from the moment I opened the box. There is a card inside that gives you a website to contact if it does not work. I sent an email to the manufacturer to ask them to replace it but so far they have not responded. If they dorespond and if they replace it and if it works properly I will change this review but as of this exact moment this is a piece of JUNK!! I gave this a one star only because it will not accept no stars.The manufacturer never responded but Amazon did replace this item once I sent back the one that did not work. This replacement works great. I would now recommend this product. Amazon stepped up to the plate and made it right.

A review after one year of usage:Battery life proved to be great. It also protected my phone well, though it allowed some dust in.But, even before a year was over, I had trouble charging the case. The lightning cable would not stay in - a little bump during the night and the next morning I found my phone was not charged and ready for the day. It got so bad that I could not even get the cable attached to charge. Poor durability on the connector.I was going to give two start, but changed to one star as I sent two emails to customer support asking what they might do, but got no response.

Ok these suckers were great when we needed them to charge up our phones when we were traveling and even use them now at home in a pinch when we are out and about and need a bit of juice. Here’s the thing, they are so difficult to put on and off and you can’t pull it too far back or you will bend the little charger, Aiyaya to much for me to worry about. And once it’s on you fear it may never come out and are almost tempted to break the sucker. But just when you give up hope it releases your phone...hallelujah. It’s clunky and adds a bit of weight to your phone. It then doesnt fit in my pocket to I’m stuck holding it which sucks. But it’s again good in a pinch but I truly recommend trying something that adds length with the charger at the bottom and not all around the phone.

I had this battery case for 100 days before I killed it. I was very careful when plugging in as I had read reviews about the charging port being fragile. Last night I fell asleep with the phone plugged in lying next to me in bed and I rolled over on it. That was the end of the charging port.I opened it up and looked at the port. The port is suspended at 4 corners by tiny tabs sticking out that are soldered to the circuit board. There is NOTHING mechanical holding this port in place. The port should be screwed down or glued in place. Any up/down force on the lighting cable will snap those tabs and that is the end of this device.Overall I liked this case for it's convenience. I would just push the button on the back, and It would charge my phone up. I could easily go a full day no matter how much I used my phone. My only complaint was that when you plug the case in to charge, it takes a long time as it only receives 1.5 amp, so if your phone needs a charge, and the case also needs a charge, it will take a long time. I don't mind that it only charges the phone at 1 amp when you are walking around, as it is a case.I won't buy this case again now that I have seen what is inside. I thought I could be careful enough, but it is just too fragile. Now it is e-waste.

Bought this battery to use on my bike with route tracking apps. Provides several hours of charge, keeps the phone topped off when it's always on using the GPS or playing music.You just have to remember to push the power button on the case near the blue LED charge indicators to start charging.No problems after several months of use with getting in/out of the case, but it's not super easy to gently pry it out -- I end up pushing on the camera lens to get it started, then slide it out at a low angle to avoid bending the contact at the button-end of the case.Great value and functionality for the price.

So I bought this case for my wife. She is deaf and is constantly using her phone for texting all her friends and whatnot. She said she wanted a charging case. I purchased this one for her. She has had nothing but problems from it.Cons....-The lightning connector doesn't stay hooked up at all. Falls right out if you look at it funny.- The case takes about 3 days to charge up, no matter what.- Pretty difficult to get the actual phone in and out of the case.- The case weighs almost as much as my 8 month old son.- Its a little dangerous, since my wife could bash my head in with it if I make her mad.Pros....- If she ever gets robbed she can throw her phone. It will most likely knock the robber out if not kill them.- My 7 year old is getting really strong from watching YouTube holding the phone for about 5 minute at a time. Reps!- The price is the only reason I bought this phone case.Don't buy this case
